I've been going here for years now and the coffee and food are always great. But lately the service has gone downhill. Management needs to clean it up.
I went to Tim Hortons and when I got to the window to order they asked me to wait which was completely fine I waited then placed my order after 20 minutes got up to the window and instead of her taking my money she continued to take others orders and kept touching my food with her bare hands. And kept touching the top of my muffin no gloves and kept moving it around until she finally put it in the bag. She kept opening my bags that had my food and just sticking her hand in it and I don’t even know why. She never opened the window to take my money she continued to just take press after 5 mins waiting to get my food at the window and just pay for it and after watching her touch her face nose eyes then my food I decided I was so disgusted I just left. Never got my food thankfully I never paid so I didn’t lose my money but it was a horrible experience and the girl with the septum ring In her nose was very unprofessional and unsanitary. I do not recommend this place at all!
We stopped late afternoon..bought box of 20 tidbits..and they were gross...couldn't even eat them...threw them out!
Didn’t realize that a drive thru was suppose to take 30 mins to get an iced coffee with 1 car ahead of me. And the women with the tattoos didn’t even say hi or anything to me. Literally gave me my coffee no eye contact no nothing. Maybe you guys need a course in some customer service.4:00pm on 2/11/22

Great place to get donuts and other food! Love it!
Went through the drive through, asked for a dozen assorted filled donuts. Guess I should have checked because I got screwed with 10 plain donuts. Friggin joke, can't trust anyone to do right.Tried again the next week and got told they can't do an order like that unless I order ahead. So I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Just plain lazy with nasty attitudes.
Worst experience ever. Asked for a simple tuna sandwich and was told she was not selling any food because they were closing in 10 minutes. I would understand if I had asked for a hot drink or a food that required cooking but I asked for THE simplest sandwich and was denied. I'm sorry but if the place is not closed yet I should be able to get the very simple menu item I asked for instead of being told no straight to my face. Will not go here ever again.
A Tim Hortons that isn't so backed up with customers it makes you want to leave, not always but most of the time.
