Made me Wait outside for my order in 18 degree weather because I didn’t have a mask . I have health related issues wearing them. Whoever was working behind the counter didn’t even leave me room for a response just told me to go outside. Not good customer service and made me feel unwelcome. That’s a big No in customer service by making a customer feel unwelcome .Last time I get subway. They have lost my business. Good job!

Was told they were closed 25minutes early when the sign on the door said 10pm they weren't short staffed there was more than 1 employee there. And she was extremely rude about it. The manager I think because she's always there tall dark hair.. I love subway but she made the experience very unhappy

I placed an online order, i arrived 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. They made the order. Lucinda the manager did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and she immediately got defensive and told me she had other customers that she had In front of me. When I arrived there was only one other customer in line. I accepted a full refund. I contacted their customer service and received a response from Lee, he told me I "need to make a better informed decision when ordering online." Again no apology was offered by Lee for the inconvenience. Seems to me that Subway does not care about the experience of its customers. No wonder they have closed so many shops

Clean store and friendly staff.

Restaurant was not that clean. Staff was friendly. Wait was very short. Sandwich was hot and very good.

I would like to say every time I go there I get the best experience from the young lady that is there tonight even under the pressure of doing a two person job she steps up.I am sorry I did not get her name to formerly thank her by name on here but I did in person. On the best subs in town .

All I got to say is go in an order, because when you order online they don't do your order right and hard put anything on the sandwich I literally had all bread. Was kinda upset!

The employee started making my sandwich then the phone rang and she stopped my order to answer the phone and continue to talk on it. So I left. This shows they don't value the paying customers like a business should??and this wasn't the first time something like this happened. I give up on this store!

The first time I came here there was a younger girl that was working. She not only gave us the wrong bread but when I asked for regular mayo she put light mayo on it. Not a big deal mistakes happen, I let it go. But i went there again, same girl, she AGAIN used the wrong mayo.

Leslie and Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful! I'm super indecisive and have dietary restrictions and they were extreamly helpful.
