On August 28 at 15:21, I went to this Starbucks location to order a drink. I noticed that there were flys in the display case were food was held. I asked the cashier why there’s a lot of bugs and flies on the food.She told me not to worry about it because it’s only the “display”. I don’t understand why they would chose to display bugs and insect in the food like it’s an Insectarium. The Starbucks on Fort Drum and the one at Watertown doesn’t have bugs in their display. Perhaps a health inspection is much needed.I went back on September 10 at 20:00.I ordered a pink drink and the added strawberries tasted expired. I immediately went back to Starbucks and l told them the drink I was served tastes expired. The cashier said ,“Oh we don’t cut these strawberries it’s from the bag. And that’s weird.” She didn’t apologize or anything. I told her I always order the pink drink from other Starbucks and I know what’s expired or and what’s not. She looked at me like I was from another plant. They served a new drink and it tasted so nasty. I decided to just throw it away after a few sips. Later that night, I got a stomach ache and had diarrhea from this Starbucks drink. I’ve had starbucks in 12 different countries and multiple states within the U.S., but this is the by far WORST one. CLEAN YOUR STORE!!!!
Always out of cups carmal always something 4 out of 5 times I change what intended to order because they are out of whatbis needed to make your drink.
This Starbucks location is fine, I think every Starbucks I've ever been to is just super busy and the employees seem a little frazzled (I would be too!). But overall I've had a good experience at this one, sometime special drinks are sold out but that's how it is sometimes. No complaints from me!
Never been there and never will. Can't see paying that much for a cup of coffee. I can make my own for a lot less.
