Very hostile inherent environment these young people were rude , very lazy dirty and completely unpleasant while I was there 5 times and would bring colleagues in for a cup of Joe we were showered with bullying by employees to employees, one time we were told that the fresh pot would be the same as a pour over? To put it simply the whole store and differently the managers need to be dismissed completely restored.
Went inside with no line. And waited 50 minutes for 3 coffees. They had 4 people on the drive thru. 1 on the register. This really is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been living here for 3 years and nothing has changed. Do mobile order or go to target to get quicker service.
I had purchased a pour over set, for the price of the pour over set wasn't to bad. The staff were very professional, polite, and pleasant to talk with.
Starbucks is describable in one word...Consistent.
This location is the worst. When they don’t have incredibly long lines, they’re closed. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that consistently just closes on weekends or today before closing hours listed. If the days or hours of operation have changed, they should at least update their website or social media page instead of a random piece of paper on the door.

Starbucks Watertown @ Arsenal St very friendly through the drive thru. Wasn't sure my Canada App would work but its did! Staff reassured me and was very helpful!
The coffee here is always burnt and extra sour like it has been sitting for hours on end. The will always mess up the size drink you order and they never have the food that is advertised on site. Not getting another penny.

ISo this morning I went to this store to pick up an online order! A Toasted White Hot Chocolate! Pick it up really quick and after a while I figured it wasn’t a Hot Chocolate. It is actually the first time I got my drink wrong there. Mistakes happens and I totally understand! Not mad or nothing. It was coffee based and I can’t have coffee! Went back to the store and got it fixed in les than 2 minutes. I really don’t remember the girls names but they were the best honestly! I’d felt really grateful for it. These are the things that I think need to be shared the good ones!!!! Thanks Starbucks for always go above and beyond for the customers!!!
