This is honestly one of the worse sonics I've been to. Never have hot dogs seem to always be out of either cups or lids. Can never get my order straight. Oh and this is on top of the fact that if your lucky enough to get served because if there is more then 1 car in the drive thru you'll be here for nearly a hour waiting on food and it seems the stalls are only open when all the moons in solar system are aligned with the sun this place should just be shut down at this point no way it makes money from all the food you cant serve
The lobby & drive-in are both closed & the drive thru is abysmally slow. I ordered a medium blackberry slush but got charged for a large instead & judging by the looks & taste I’m pretty sure I got strawberry lemonade or something. How on earth is bLaCkBeRrY light pink?? I double checked w/the lady & she said it was blackberry but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t.So…inconveniencing customers by denying 2/3 of the service options, drive thru is super slow, & employees don’t give the customers the size/flavors they asked for.
Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been several times since moving to the area. Ruined my order every single time. Completely gave me the wrong order twice this time. Decided to leave with what I had. Ruined the experience for me. Sonic was always a childhood favorite. I Will never be returning to this location. Horrible staff and not what a Sonic should be. I am from the south so this disappoints me very much.
The owner of this location really doesn't want to spend money as there was one employee working the front. She was handling drive thru, front cash, bringing the food out to the cars. Because of this, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line and the front lobby was closed. That's unacceptable considering I was there at 6pm, prime time dinner time, so for the owner to only have 1 person hired working, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable
First time having Sonic and likely my last. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a very sad burger. Tasted like a Walmart hamburger patty that was cooked on the stove. The fries were just average. The only good thing that I would come back for was the milkshake.
This particular location is in a sad state. One of the drive-thru lanes has been out of order for several years. Half of the stalls are out of order. They are very very slow at taking an order and delivering an order. From the drive-thru window you can see a kitchen that is always terribly filthy. This place is in desperate need of management. I'm from the Midwest, and love Sonic, but this location is hurting the brand and likely losing a ton of money.
Waited in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. My son and I really wanted milkshakes, and didn't feel upto driving out to Dairy Queen. The Sonic lobby was closed which makes me feel like..., if all staff are only focused on drive thru operations, why is there any wait at all? No in lobby distractions, just optimal service directed at the drive thru. I thought wrong. 4 cars, and still we sat. Yes, the milkshake was decent, but the wait wasn't.
Poor excuse for chicken tendies, and my milkshake cup literally split down the middle. This place screwed me harder than a t40 torx bit.
They are never open for their posted hours. We just tried to use the drive thru. Despite there being someone at the window they wouldn't take orders. This is the second time this has happened to us this year.
I absolutely love the limeade, extra limes! Everyone so friendly too!
