Food good there except there Italian menu. Being that owner is of Italian heritage you would think it would be more tasteful. Ate riggies twice edible but not great. Pasta sauce for spaghetti is out of a can

2 visits 2 weeks apart. First food was good but after food was delivered never saw the waitress again. 2nd visit were given the wrong wrap that the waitress apologized for. The special was spaghetti which I don't recommend at all, (prepackaged frozen meatballs with canned Hunts sauce) save yourself 9.99 and if you want mediocre spaghetti make it home it's cheaper and you will do a better job then their "cook" will.

Everyone was so nice, and even the lady that came to clean the table afterwards gave the tip to our waitress instead of taking off with it. Food was amazing too. I'd go back just for the great service and handmade chips.

Super clean! I am very impressed how clean this dinner is. Service is so good and food is good! A must try in Watertown! Best dinner! The decorations. Is amazing too.

Stopped here for brunch on our way through town because it had good reviews. The place was packed, which is usually a good sign but not in this instance. This place is way over-rated. There was a long wait even though multiple booths and counter space open. The hostess was clearly overwhelmed and not friendly. The food was mediocre at best. Overall disappointing.

We order out as we prefer to eat at home. We ordered broiled haddock, absolutely delicious, it was perfect!

My boyfriend and I had seen Shorty’s Place on our way to Niagara Falls and decided to look up reviews. They were right, this place did not disappoint! He had ordered an omelette and I ordered the jalapeño bacon grilled cheese. Simple items, but we both thought they were some of the best we have had! Would definitely come back again to try more!

Lovely retro place. Walking in the door feels like traveling into the past. From the juke box to the pictures and memorabilia. Even the color scheme inside is mostly white with a black and red accent. Most importantly the food is good and a wide variety. The only downside is they don't have leaner options like turkey bacon or turkey sausage etc. But if you know that going in you won't be disappointed. And the prices are pretty cheap. We had breakfast for a family of 6 and paid less than $70 whereas if we had gone to a Denny's or IHOP it would be no less than $100.

Love this place!

Everything they serve here was once frozen. After leaving everyone started feeling sick even though we all left with pretty much full plates of food. Will not be back for sure this place is such a waste of money.
