Overall nice place and good food!
Well my wife and daughter raved about this place and we were camping in Wescott it was a rainy day and we were going stir crazy. So we figured we'd go eat lunch there. Not only did they get my order completely wrong I ordered a chicken sandwich and salad they gave me some kind of pineapple burger thing that was frankly inedible. The capper was they also got my wife's order wrong as well she ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. They gave her a "normal" bun which she didn't discover until it was too late of course. She suffers from abdominal pain for days after eating gluten. Thanks for that. 50.00 wasted..
2nd day in a row at Red Robin. Had my favorite Royal burger cooked with a little pink. So tasty. Each time we visit the US we hit a Red Robin. Sadly not in Canada.Tablet at each table to order addition drinks, apps or desert. Can even play games on it. When you finish eating you can even pay your bill on the tablet and not have to wait for a server to bring check. Brilliant!
Absolutely love Red Robin burgers! They taste delicious and they’re real!!And I also love that you can swap out the regular fries for other options at no extra charge!
Very good food very polite but we ordered alcohol drinks from a older guys never I'd us for the drinks this the second time this has happened to me and my fiance.
Don’t waste your time or money. Go to 5 Guys instead if you want to spend that kind of money on a burger. Our food was cold. Multiple tables around ours had to return their food as well for the same reason.

I used Active Menu for my order. It never seems to disappoint me. After work somedays I don't feel cooking. It's a great app to use. My host at the door was amazing! She was very nice and her personality was amazing! She has great customer service.
Great service, drink was on point, but soup and burger can definitely be better, I order chicken soup but it ended up being like chicken chilli, and burger was dry and small.
Food wasn't cooked how I had asked, and the drinks (long island iced teas) we ordered didn't taste like they had much alcohol in them. Even someone sitting nearby had to return her food because it was frozen in the middle. Not impressed.
