The waitress (I believe her name was Jes) was super friendly and checked on us quite frequently to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. It had been some time since we had been to Red Lobster and we had their Date Night Feast for Two from their Lobsterfest menu. It was delicious ? I will be going back there hopefully soon. Not very crowded.
I've been to red lobster twice(different locations) in the past and swore I'd never come back because obviously the food was gross but this location was great! I wish I had remembered his name but our server was so friendly! Food came out quickly and was delicious! Salad was soggy but everything else was good. The crispy shrimp was fantastic!
Agréablement surprise
The hostess was crying and obviously having a rough day and not only does she have to be the hostess but we saw her having to bus tables, and fold silverware. Im not sure what was going on but we definitely felt bad for her and I just don't think having her do all that work reflects very well on how they run things. Our waitress Sam was very nice and did great. The food was as expected. I actually really enjoyed the new Orleans Salmon if you like a little spice.
This experience was a disappointment the service was awful the food was either under cooked or over cooked didn’t get what I expected won’t ever go back again unless it has new staff
Omg first time going and it was perfect! Grandson wanted red lobster for getting high honors!!!!!! The food was amazing and the staff were great! Would recommend. The food was so tender! Ty
I’d give no stars if I could. Our server Brandon m. Pretty much begged us for a tip saying that his family lives off our generosity. And gave us a book with our check in it that had pictures of his kids. How is this ok? Won’t be going back there. I tip well but am not going to be badgered into it….
Brandon the waiter was not very good frist of all gave us the worng appetizer then gave my husband his soup Frist before our appetizer then my salad took over a half of a hour to get worst serves ever. It will be a long time before my husband and I go back.

Red lobster is always a good time! Nobody what I've ordered, I've always loved it and there are so many options to mix and match which I love! I say go for the brussel sprouts
