Panera Bread fraudulently charged my credit card a day after my purchase was declined by the store. After calling and being told a manager would speak to me, no one called so I had to drive to the place where Rachel and Hope (shift managers) did little to help and the general manager did nothing. Called corporate where i am STILL fighting a fraud charge from this panera. Do not go here! They do not care and will possibly take your credit card and charge it as well. I recommend everyone check theirs!
I ordered online through the website over $100 for my family at 6:46. It said delivery eta at 7:45 pm. Waited till 8 pm, still no delivery. Called the store and the gentleman said noone at their store acknowledged my order and it had just went out and would be there momentarily. At 8:17 my food FINALLY delivered. I will NEVER order with panara again. This is a disgrace in food service and they had already received a large tip and delivery fee.
Great service and environment!! Very quiet and homey feeling. It reminds me of brunch at grandmas. Great place for families and even pet friendly. AWESOME PLACE!!
It was decent food, but is highly over priced. The pizza is not to great either.
Ordered 1/2 salad..the chicken was cold and had a smooth odd texture, the broccoli soup had a film on it and was barely luke warm. I ordered an extra bag of chips, the order was checked, but no chips. There was a man in a green Panera shirt sitting at a table, he was on his phone the entire time we were there.. Not impressed with this visit. The best things about this visit was the lady who took our order and the Suerra Turkey sandwich.
This location is a favourite! Right off the highway that always has friendly staff and clean tables. I've visited this resturant many times over the past 4 years and it is consitent with it's quality!I had the chicken, gouda and egg breakfast wrap and it was divine. I was genuinely suprised with the quality of the food during my most recent visit as I've heard other resturants have had supply chain issues recently
Using app I ordered a dinner to dine in. The foods came fast. Tasty of food was excellent.

I had the Chicken Chipotle Avocado melt sandwich and a cup of 10 veggie soup. The sandwich was a fantastic combination of flavors. It was simply perfect!The soup was a great side for a cold night. It was very good.And I had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It was excellent too!They don't technically serve you but everyone was very friendly. It's a great alternative to fast good. You get really good tasting food that's also healthy.
Great food! Great service! Hope was very friendly and came around to check on how everything came out with our order.
