Very slow food prep. Confusion at the register, mixing orders up, etc. Completed meals sitting on cold counter waiting to be rung up. All of our food was cold by the time we sat down.Nothing gets attended to until customer mentions it, for example: no ice in soda machine, empty salsa bowls, trash cans overflowing, etc.Card machine not working, every card had to be swiped, but the cashier would not mention that and let every customer insert their card and receive an error.They were not busy at this time, just incredibly inefficient at everything.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Absolutely terrible. Paid for drinks and soda machine doesn't work. Only diet available. Girl working here yes she is working but with her shirt tied up in the back to purposely show her lower back tattoo. It's just a good atmosphere. The workers look like they Hate each other.Just over all never come back.Chips were stale. Just horrible!Yuck

I ordered a salad. It was very good, fresh ingredients, tasty tender steak and enough food for 2 people. My complaint is the container they used. As I was putting the leftovers away the container bent and twisted, leaving my food all over the floor. I was using 2 hands to avoid any problems. I’m still upset and thinking about it a week later.

I haven't tasted authentic Mexican food since I left the southwest. Great tasting meal for a great price. Can't wait to eat there again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We placed an online order at 8am for an 1145 pickup. My two adult kids and I met there at 1150 to eat. Today is the 12 year anniversary of my Dad’s (their Grandfsther’s) passing. At noon we questioned why the food wasn’t up. We were told they never received the order. We showed them the receipt and was told it didn’t matter and we had to go call customer service. We went to a booth and called and was told all they could do is email the store for a refund which would take up to 72 hrs for them to make a decision on. We were instructed to get in line to order and repay. No one apologized for the mistake that clearly happened somewhere within the Moe’s company. I had to leave to go back to work with out food. All three of us were in scrubs, clearly on our lunch breaks, and NO-ONE tried to help us with the error. Very disappointing

Will not order from again. Ordered nachos with the works. All I got was chips chicken rice and beans. When I called you could hear the employees arguing over who made my order. Also chicken was burned. ?

The service was amazing, just as good as the food. Two absolutely rotten customers were in front of me in line and the employees handled it with class. The patience displayed by the staff was something I could never achieve. They definitely deserve raises.

Totally unimpressed with Moe's. A couple cowrokers and I doordashed from there today and when we received one of the meals that we had ordered (a homewrecker bowl) it was barely filled you could see the bottom of the bowl and they completely forgot the rice. When I called to complain one of the workers there accused me of lying about the issue and told me her top notch employee was working and she proceeded to argue with me about the situation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN.

Worst restaurant in Watertown!!! I have a suggestion, get rid of the entire crew that works here. Your staff is killing your drive to deliver the Moe’s experience that we are used to. They seem to not only hate their jobs but also the industry they work in. I personally witnessed 2 employees smoking weed with each other in the outside eating area and then come inside and go right back to work without washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Tried calling multiple times throughout the last 2 hours, with no luck. ended up calling the phone-call order line and talked to a lady who said shed give my number to the supervisor to give me a call-back, with no luck, whatsoever. tried calling back again a few minutes ago with no answer. last few times i went with my S/O, all the staff seemed like they hated life. How can such a place have such great food but very poor customer service? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with.
