Good enough diner food. My dad has been eating here for 50 years and they are still doing a good business. Service is prompt but not too friendly, just what you might expect from a truck stop/diner. The wait staff are always busy.
The staff was really nice. They were constantly cleaning what already looked like a clean restaurant. I had a garbage omelet. It was huge! It brought back great memories of my dad making omelets with anything he could find to throw in. Plenty of truck parking
The food was great! service was excellent. Reasonably priced considering the current economy.
Absolutely amazing service. Great food. Definitely got our money's worth. We haven't sat down since the pandemic and I'm so happy we chose an old fave to break the grab and take home thing we usually do.
Food wasnt that great. Orange juice tasted spoiled. Wasn't offered straws. Waitress seemed uninterested. Didn't offer boosters, had to ask for them.

Bacon, sausage, eggs, crispy home fries and fluffy pancakes. All cooked well and tasted delicious. Good breakfast spot.
So it's not the worst diner but some of these reviews must be friends or family. The food is really bland. The hashbrowns are watery. They must boil the hell out of them before they go on the griddle. The biscuits and gravy are really bland. I will say the biscuits are really good. The waitress we had was miserable. Most of all this place is really expensive compared to other diners. I won't go back. I don't hate the place but wow what a disappointment. For me, my 13 year old, and 11 year old it's $48.77 plus tip. Seriously!
Awesome food and great wait staff. Home cooked food you can watch them cook! Bar for typical diner experience. Will be visiting again! Brooke was our waitress. Very attentive and food was fresh and hot!
When is the last time that you ordered jalapeño poppers, and got home-made, breaded and stuffed jalapeños?! For me it was today, at Longway's diner. What an unexpected and delightfully tasty surprise to start off our meal! I would add a photo, but we ate them far too quickly to capture their magnificence. The main dishes were also excellent. Poutine was made with cheese curd and very flavorful gravy! My husband loved his steak which was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend, and we will be back for sure!
