This was our first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse, Typically we eat at Texas Roadhouse. Very short wait for table, super clean, Friendly staff, Food was amazing and we even got to meet the manager at the end of our meal!!! I've got to say, I don't think we will be eating at Texas Roadhouse very much anymore! We can not wait to go back again!!!
Steak was great, other things like the French onion soup and Brussel sprouts were very salty. I use very little salt so it may be I notice it more. Also kind of pricey. Everything is 'extra'.
We went to longhorn steakhouse and was told wait time of 15 mins and ended up waiting 45 mins and food took an hour to come and the mashed potatoes were ice cold, they were so cold the butter didn’t even melt. The steak was tiny for a 12 oz steak, the kids Mac and cheese was like eating Kraft Mac and cheese. The ranch dressing tasted like blue cheese. Overall I thought the food was average and out of six people only two meals were decent. Will never go again.
Sat at the bar and was the only person at the bar to start. Ordered a beverage and my meal. The bar filled in to half capacity with three couples. My salad came and I ate less than half and pushed it aside. Then my steak came and I ate about 1/4 of my meal. It was rare and I ordered medium rare and it was way over seasoned. Asked for a box and the bartender gave me a box and my bill. My dirty dishes including the salad sat in front of me despite me pushing it away numerous times to be cleared. NOBODY asked how my meal was, if I needed anything, cleared my dishes, etc. Meanwhile the couples surrounding me have been "waited on" as any customer would expect to be. How was your salad? Can I take your plates, would you like another beverage. Not impressed and it's disappointing.
The food was too salty in then it will it taste good . They need to use less salt and no more sodium. I don’t recommend going to this restaurant it’s not a place to be. I’m not going back here ever again this is a dumb place to go. So if you’re ever looking for where To eat like a restaurant don’t go longhorn steakhouse or Olive Garden. Anywhere there’s one of those restaurantsThe first too salty and for sodium it’s not good for you.
The food and customer service provided by the staff is Great. I highly recommend you try their Chicken Wings. Simply Delicious!!
Walked in and waited to be seated. Two servers were working at a table at the bar. I went over to ask if someone could seat us? She raised her hand didn't look at me and stated someone would be along. As she dismissed us I made her aware my mom has parkinsons and needed to be seated. She again did not care. We were sat to be questioned by the manager. He wanted to apologize for what had happened. But told us she was the only server available. We left. Poor poor poor management and no server skills
Kitchen had "timing" issues. Fresh baked bread was frozen in the middle. French onion soup was lukewarm (cheese didn't melt). Main entree was served almost immediately after soups and salads. Steak was lukewarm and baked potato was to hot to eat. Sauteed onions and mushrooms were not ready when steak was served. Was not the server's fault. They did make an adjustment to the bill, However, it was not a pleasant dining experience.
Me and my nephew we sat at the bar add appetizer and a beer piece and it was great place I can't you know it's great Furby friendly bars a barmaids intended and the staff was great
Good steak and salads and sides. Have to watch or will over charge you. Waitress said sides included, but billed me separately meal and 2 sides?!
