From 1 to 10 they get a 1!! I used to go there a lot but within the last 2 months there service is absolutely terrible there very rude!!! There running out of food which never use to happen!! One day they ran out of chicken and today they ran out of gravy!!! It is always dirty in there!! I don’t recommend going there!!!!
Pulled in drive thru and they said let me no when your are ready.,So I told them I was ready .But then they nvr took my order I told them 3 times I was ready to order and some lady yelled at me saying I'm dealing with an issue right now.She was rude and loud and boisterous.She said come inside if you want something .This isn't the first time this has happened A few other times I had to go inside and there were people that were related to the so CALLed manager behind the counter just walking around and giving food away to their friends.Never have I seen such disrespectful people in my life.They need new management most definitely.
First off, they served me an undercooked sandwich. Then after FIVE attempts to contact the store about the issue I had to accept they wouldn't be answering. Utterly ridiculous and they're lucky my children didn't eat any chicken before it was realized

Its almost like this location strives to be the WORST. These people can't even count, I've had countless orders wrong and its just absolutely disgusting half the time. My meal tonight, the chicken was ALL burnt. I am done with their inability to serve decent food. I would highly recommend going here if you would like to waste your time and money.

Super dirty in there! Some guy was having a mental health issue while vaping in the lobby and no one was even paying attention. There was 1 girl working super hard with a guy whom just wandered around and did not wait on customers. I deny orders for my side jobs from this location. I rather effect my ratings then wait 20 mins for an order posted as ready. I know you are under staffed but people deserve to be treated with the same respect that I give you. This place has great potential!
Honestly tell Alexcia to wear her mask also why when I ordered a large popcorn chicken I got this. This is not the appropriate container and also your staff needs to learn some much needed work ethic.
Wow. My son and I went to the Arsenal st. KFC location 2 weeks ago and the drive through was out if order. We went inside and it was colder inside than out, almost like the heat wasn't in or working. Tried to order a chicken strip meal and told it would be about a 15 minute wait do to them being out of chicken......wait, what? We decided to leave instead. We went back two nights ago and again the drive-thru was broken so we went in. As we were waiting in line we noticed the soda machine was basically out of order. Only a couple drinks were available. Never the last we tried to place an order for a five-piece spicy chicken meal. We were told they were out of the spicy signature sauce. Unbelievable. We'll Never be back to this hodge podge thrown together mismanaged location again. Not to mention over the summer we noticed the employee smoking bongs outside by the dumpster. But hey marijuana is legal in New York right.
