Home Deli and subway are better in service and substance
Place is crawling with roaches and the manager is rude as hell to his staff as well as the customers. I didn't even bother to order. Walked in, heard him yelling about giving the lady whatever it takes to get her out of his f'ing restaurant and saw a roach on the counter. No thanks.

Staff was amazing, food was delicious! I love there ham and cheese lettuce tomato oil and extra shakers and an order of cheese sticks. 2 cheese sticks fit perfectly on a half sub on the tomatoes in the middle and perfectly fill the middle of the sub. My favorite! Also try it with popcorn chicken for a chicken salad sub experience! Oh and yes the have Mt Dew! Boom! ?
Customer service is horrible ladies there were rude and cocky and a little expensive too and expensive side I'm done going to direct subs I was a lifelong customer grew up fnkg eating Jrreck subs and now it's the worst place ever I don't even go to it
Those employees at direct subs are getting worse and worse by the year last year it was not going to go back to a direct subs but I said you know what I'm going to give Mill Street the benefit of the doubt I go there and they're rude rushing your orders and talking to you like your not a customer like you're just an inmate or something so it seems like they're so rude arsenal Street was last year now this year it's Mill Street direct sub that's gone down the hill in my eyes they're they're the worst employees anywhere
I cannot say enough good things about this location!! Neil helped me with an order for a small family gathering and he was spot on about the amount of food that I'd need. He was funny and just a pleasure to work with. He and his staff greeted us with kindness and a smile when we arrived to pick up. They made sure that we had everything that we needed as far a sides, utensils etc. We are not in Watertown very often, but when we are, we will ALWAYS be stopping in to see Neil and his crew. He should seriously be honored in a parade Watertown! He's your very own national celebrity!
Been eating at Jreck Subs since I was a kid, and would recommend it to anyone.
This is the only good thing about watertown.
