Warning ⚠️ (watertown) do not work here. They take advantage of the employees and put employees and the community at risk. They use old products. Relabeling a product with a new date does not keep it fresh 5 Guys!! This happens every single day. Drains getting backed up on the regular and it takes everything one has to get something repaired there. When things do get fixed they are back to the way it was within months. Employees are made to work off the clock in fear of being screamed at and written up. Making unnecessary phone calls that make no sense on you OWN time. I had to go in for a Training phone call once a week on my day off or if i happened to be working that day was told we had to clock out for it. There was a gas leak for months (when I worked there over a year ago) and Jessica the DM did absolutely nothing about it. Verbal conversations and emails at the end of night was reported. Finally we had a fryer issue I believe one of them wasn't working properly.... geee... I wonder why! That's when the gas leak had be made official now that some was finally there. We worked for months in the smell of gas. This franchise is negligent and needs to be shut down. I wouldn't recommend this job to anybody. Management plays favorites and that's how promotions happen. Or get waved in front of your face and they hire new people on to take the position. (sorry current employees I know this is happening to now![you deserve better!!!] best thing I did was leave this place a year ago. Unfortunately my gf finally just now got out of that horrible place. Finally we are over this company and on to better things for us both. Don't even waste your time eating here it is overpriced and the staff is treated like garbage. Now that she has left I can finally post this without her work life becoming even more miserable than it already was.
Out of all the Five Guys we have been to, this one had the longest wait and it wasn't busy. Other than that, the food was good. The orders were all correct. The place was pretty clean, bathrooms clean.
Just plain nasty! To be clear I'm a fan of Five Guys, but this place should be shut down.The fries were over salted to the point they were inedible. While waiting for our order I saw the staff at the fries station continually with the shaker over the fries. My mistake I should have caught on.The burgers were just a greasy mess. Worst I've had at a Five Guys.Unfortunately our order was to go , had we dined the meals would have been returned.Definitely will not return to this location.
Not like the five guys in NY city, felt like the order was rushed, wasn't the way I asked for it. Hopefully it improves with time. The Oreo pieces milkshake saved the entire experience for me.
It was a good place the price's could be adjusted didn't get asked if your allergic reaction to nuts see the fries are cooked in peanut oil not posted any where in store they use peanut oil or have in store peanuts
Love the food but prices are a little to high for us to visit much. Restaurants always clean and workers pleasant. Coupons would help.
I walked into a Five Guys today and was told to put on a mask. They said they had been doing that since Wed. Perhaps they think they are just being careful or getting head start on what the state wants but I disagree. If they are being "careful" than, since the common Flu kills more than Covid, we should be maksed up for the rest of our livesNow obviously they are one of most businessses tha are requiring this. The difference is they are the one I walked into today and the one I will not patronize for the foreseeable future.If you are vaccinated than what school of thought so called modernity calls science has no clue. If you are vaccinated you should have to wear a mask. Either iw works or it doesnt.And if your only response is you are just being careful, or getting a head start on what the state wants than SPARE ME a response. If you are being careful than we should wear masks for the rest of our lives because of the common flu.Five guys is contributing, admittedly along with most other businesses, to rank despotism. Somewhat expensive but very very tasty. Our first couple trips here yielded excessively greasy and messy (but still delicious) food. Later trips have been a bit less so. Still, overall not bad. Service is pretty run-of-the-mill but we weren't in there long enough to warrant much service anyway.
