This is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The wait time is ridiculous every time regardless of how many cars are ahead of you. They mess up orders constantly and are always rude about having to fix it. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to wait 20 mins for the wrong order and terrible food. I drive out of my way to skip this Dunkin and go to the one on Arsenal. This place is horrific. The service is atrocious. The employees are a tragedy.
The staff here are really great but the problem is that anytime I order food it taste like old grease. There is something in the fryer that is making all of the food taste gross. This is the third time I’ve gotten food over the last month and wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve tried calling to get someone’s number to explain this but I can never get through to anyone.
They move soo slow. Then it’s only one line so you can’t even leave even you want. Then when you do get the food it’s cold. How you move slow and the food still cold
something mentally wrong with the staff there. i am afraid they'll spit inside my coffee out of sheer stupidity. Legit rude and wont be surprise if they are a dirty establishment

My favorite Dunkin’ Donuts! The staff is amazing, always so nice & polite! They go above & beyond for their customers even being incredibly short staffed. The employees truly care about their customers & for that I will take a little wait time any day!
Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a drive through 20+ minutes
Every once in awhile I get a messed up drink or they completely screw up my order, but I'll always be a dunkin junkie!
This place is always messing up my order. I've been to many of the Dunkin's in my town but this one is the worst. They forget things, they are slow, and rude. I asked for black hot coffeefI was told it was going to be a wait which I understand because of staffing and a broke oven. When I told the guy it was okay and I have an on the go order, he said," the broken oven doesn't care about that".
Food was okay, it's fast food and coffee.. But it was anything but fast. Super slow store. If I get drunken again I'll wait until I get closer drum and grab it right outside the gate.. THAT literally would have been faster anyways.
