Let’s see. Arrived at 7:30AM. Was seated quickly. Ordered quickly. The food was about a 30 minute wait. The couple items we asked for while waiting never came until after we got our food (booster seat, silverware!). The waitress was friendly but forgetful about everything. Ordered boxes for our leftovers and the waitress began piling all the plates on top of each other. I ordered the “endless breakfast” and so ordered another round to go. The waitress forgot to send the order in, her words not mine. I had a coupon from the Dennys app and they would not accept it. By 9:30 AM I still was not able to check out because my food hadn’t arrived yet. The manager came out, I explained what happened, and he said “I’m not gonna argue with you man”. I left $0 tip and he was furious. Sorry, do better.
Our visit here started very rocky, we were sat pretty quickly then forgotten. Finally after asking for service the best employee Tommy whom was already clocked out took our drink orders and was amazing. Our waiter finally came over who looked very under the weather apologizing for our wait, which we completely understood. He then took our orders and ended up having to go home to which the amazing Tommy returns sees us still sitting with no food yet and is right on top of everything. His whole energy and great attitude completely turned our experience around and it ended up being an overall great time. We definitely need more people like that gentleman in this world! Because of Tommy we will be returning!
Our hotel was next door so we came two times. First day, no issue quick service and the food was fine. In and out in under 40 mins and the place was very clean. Second day, well. Food was fine, service was friendly if not a bit rushed. I can see they have no one else on. Mind you I don't need to hear office politics from the back room, or ones personal issues. Just my thing I've been in sales for 30 years so I'm particular. I'd still come back. Every time I'm in the states Denny's is a go to
So I would like to say big props to the staff that work in the front line and behind the scenes!!! Myself I work in the senior living healthcare field and I know how things with the world have been!! Great Customer Service is very much needed and when you have literally three waitstaff working their tails off and have a “Karen and or a Karl ,” to throw temper tantrums about having to wait to be seated then to have their order taken !!! Our waiter was Thomas and he was working his tail to the bone!!! Much props to him and everyone working there!!! My advice for customers that are impatient, if you are that impatient and can’t wait then you might consider doing door dash and let someone else wait for you !!!
Breakfast should not take 1.5 hours to serve the endless breakfast which consists of scrambled eggs hashbrowns and pancakes. Fist serving arrived in 30 minutes and then 45 minutes for extra hashbrowns. Will not be back to this location. Restaurant was not that busy, but very slow service.
Food was okay not horrible not great. Just what you'd expect from Dennys. Service was horribly slow. Hard to get food/drink refills. The cook in the kitchen was so loud and yelling at the servers that it was definitely a distraction to the meal. Probably won't eat there again unless I have no other choice.
Waited 40 minutes for breakfast and was finally brought to us cold ! Never once asked how was our food ! Poor service
Got there before a couple, they got seated first. They have a broke claw machine that does not say it is broke people wasting their money trying keep kids happy i talked to a person who said they would finally put a broke sign up. The food was gross. The atmosphere was bad. Not worth price. At end we wanted to pay and leave got in line first to pay but same couple got ahead of us paid before leaving. Understaffed. I am warning friends not to go there.
I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I have to be honest, it's pretty bad. My group of two adults and one child waited almost 25 minutes to be seated in a 98% empty lobby, because there was only one waitress doing everything including serving. She did as well as she could. The crew in the back was shouting and being vulgar the whole time. My food was missing 3 ingredients - the only three that made it a feature item lol. I wasn't angry, it's just obvious they're seriously understaffed.
We were here from 8:45-10:40 this morning. We got our drinks 25 mins after sitting down. Took the waitress 5 times to bring a water we ordered. Brought out the wrong meals. Never got a refill on coffees. Just poor service all together.
