Ordered online. Went to pick it up. Lady and whoever was above her working the drive thru line were both rude. BK took the money from my account. Told me to cancel my order and just order through the drive thru. So they could charge me twice. Ended up not eating there last night. Blamed the "computer being slow" and also wanted us to wait 10 minutes for the order to show up for them. Also wanted to argue "are you sure you didn't order for the state street one?" When I literally told her the store number on the receipt. Ended up calling customer care to get my order refunded (we'll see). Definitely suggest the one on state a but further up the road. Their soda machine is also almost always not calibrated right and you get colored seltzer water.
Don't get breakfast here the platter was a mess and I got 2 and 1/2 pancakes. Looks like someone ripped it in half and said f it. I'll pass by this spot from now on
Kept repeating our order, but got it wrong anyway! Huge blob of mustard in middle of burger, none over rest of it. Wrong drink. Had to finally ask how much we owed!
Both restaurants in town are about the same, that is both of good quality so there is no let's go to the good one.
