The pretzels are amazing at the mall, I go there alot.
I visited this place On September 16th. The gentleman that serve me had no mask no gloves and no teeth. Ok I’m not against the no teeth but if you are in customer service you probably should fix that or at least wear a mask.The pretzel was hard and stale! I was very disappointed! Auntie Anne I know times are hard but at least make your employees wear a mask and glove. I don’t want his hands touching my food!
It is difficult to get the mini pretzel hot dogs. Once we were told to come back in 20 minutes and they would have more. So we did. There were none. We were told to come back in another 20 minutes. We would not. The food often looks overcooked and sometimes burned. It isn't what it use to be.

Pretzels I got were good. But the woman cashing me out had the biggest attitude. I told her what I wanted and she just kept on asking "so do you want anything else" and was not letting me finish my order. I will not be going back to this store if the associates are gonna just have attitudes. Might be a good idea to find some more positive workers. ? I came in at 7:35pm on July 19th. The associate was not wearing a name tag but you should be able to look at you’re schedules to see who it’s was.
My friend and I went to this place and the service was not fast we waiting along time just for two things. They are the most popular items that she orders so why don’t they make a lot of them. This is ridiculous.
Service is slow. Every time I come I have to wait 30 minutes for them to make the hotdogs in the pretzel. And they say it’s the most popular item so why don’t you make more of it.
Amazing crew and service! 5 stars every time!
Haven't tried the food but, yhis is the best frozen lemonade I've ever had.
