I ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries. When I got home, I realized there were no fries in the bag. I had my wife call to tell them about the mistake while I headed back to get the fries. They would only give me 1 order of fries. They then argued with in the drive through along with the manager. Who would use this much effort and gas to lie about 2 orders of fries? Very rude. Terrible service.
Haven't been to Arby's since I was a kid. I was curious to try their much-hyped wagyu steakhouse burger. First of all, the price was a bit high. ($7.99). I've read reviews of the same burger in other states where it was in the $5.99- $6.50 range. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our order to be ready. The burger was visually a hot mess... too much sauce, and the lettuce and tomato looked "thrown" on. I expected the burger to be more tender. Taste was just average. I did enjoy the curly fries, and I'm not normally a fry person.
Good food overall if a bit soggy when I got it
Service was horrible, I ordered curly fries and didn’t get them, went back and they wouldn’t give me them although I paid for them. And also gave me rotten tomato on my roast beef gyro
What a joke.. it really shouldn't be hard to take an order through the drive thru.. but yet the 2 time that my husband stopped to pick up food, y'all managed to mess up our orders. AND he even repeated himself several times to make sure they heard him. He ordered 2 meals: 1 a double roast beef with crinkle fries and Sprite, instead I got curly fries?. The other one a beef and cheddar with curly fries and a coke, what he got was diet coke?. Here's the thing, either get microphone, speakers or whatever you use to take orders that work or people who know how to take orders.. oh and another thing, don't be giving them any raises for being cuz they certainly don't deserve them.. I will definitely NOT be back to this Arby's while I'm here..
The food was ok, but the service was far below average. I hope the staff was just having a bad night, but I felt like an intruder into a private club. I would go back, maybe, but I would DEFINITELY hit the drive through instead.
Just like all fast food places. It's hit or miss. You can always tell that who ever is working on the food orders either are liking it or just whatever with the orders, but I find that to be in most fast food places.
I would give negative stars if it was possible. Meal was fine. I ordered a cookie and it was harder than a ROCK!. ASK FOR A SECOND AFTER RETURNING THE FIRST AND HEARD LIP FROM BACK LINE WORKER. I PAID NO MIND. I received my 2nd one it was ? so hot the plastic on the cookie bag stunk like burnt plastic. I asked for a refund and I wasn't even mad but what did make me mad was I heard the lady that made it slamming things in the back. I would of probably let this review go but people in ff want 15 a hour to do things like this.
Loving their turkey club sandwiches gives a healthy alternative when so many places dont have many any more and tasty too !
I ordered two orders of fries, only got one and the one I got was half full. Couldn't even get a refund because they never offered me a receipt.
