My sister, brother-in-law, niece and her boyfriend went there for dinner last night and was nice enough to bring my friend and I home food. I appreciated that very much and since I had never been to Applebee's I was excited to finally get food from there. We got the haddock dinner. 1) The size of the paddock was good and it was done, not flaky and dry. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 4. 2) I didn't care for the tartar sauce. It was made with salad dressing (miracle whip) instead of mayonnaise. I tasted it before I used it and said nope. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 2. 3) The coleslaw was dry, they should have added a little more mayonnaise too it. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 4. 4) I got the French fries with my meal. I have to say they were really good, in fact they were the best part of the whole meal. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 the fries get a 9. Overall I give the meal as a whole a rating of 3. The next time I will order something else.
I had a nice dinner out with my sister here. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was dim and inviting, like you'd expect from a restaurant. We were seated by a window at a nicely designed little booth so we had plenty of natural light. The wait wasn't long for the table or the seating and service was very prompt. The food was nicely presented on white porcelain plates. We had the pepper chicken macaroni and cheese, and boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer. I really liked the wings, they were juicy, tender and spicy, similar to what you'd expect straight out of Buffalo, NY! The macaroni and cheese was creamy and a little sweet from the chicken seasoning. If you're a salt fiend like me, you may not have loved it, but my sister found it delicious! Apparently they serve it with a little more chicken in Alfred, NY, but that's what my sister told me.Overall, it was a really nice night out for about $40-50 (including the tip). Remember to always tip your wait staff! They're definitely worth it!
Here's my share. Applebee's is a well established restaurant. The food is good. The waiters and waitresses are courteous and accommodating and have a good energy. There are no complaints about any of these areas.However, I would like to see some creativity in meal selections and possibly expanding the waiting area.My significant and I hadn't been to Applebee's in a couple of years, and we were surprised to see the same exact menu. Maybe there is an upgrade coming soon.You won't be disappointed with the taste of drinks, food, or service.
Service was definitely very slow, considering it wasn't crowded. The food wasn't very warm, so I assume the servers are at fault. Food was, however, very good and tasty. I won't talk about the price because we all know who's at fault for that! The staff was friendly and polite. My only complaint is food took entirely to long to be served.
Great experience! The food was fresh and hot. Heidi, our waitress, was attentive, quick, and had a great personality! Quick service and everything was prepared perfectly. Nothing was missed and the food was spot on. We will definitely be back!
Erin added so much joy and bubbly energy to the table and made sure we had a great experience! She went above and beyond during our visit. 10/10 ask for her when you visit!!!

The food was good. I was expecting a vegetable to be included and they no longer include that or a salad with the meals which was disappointing. The steak was great and fris okay. Baked potato was also not a choice either. The portion for my partners mashed were tiny, so if you are hungry be sure to get an app. The meat was great for both of us though, just know what you are getting or not.
First time using order on line app with curb side pick up. Ordered well done steak when we got it home it could practically get up and run off my plate. Called to let supervisor know he claims I have a $20 certificate when we go again. We shall see.
I hadn't been to an applebees in many years, the server was ok and the food was better than I expected. I only went as I has received a gift card from work but would happily go back.
