Very busy when I went there. It was just before the graduation ceremony at SUNY. There was no dining in available only drive thru. I guess it was as a Covid precaution. The young man who took our order was prompt and polite inspire of the long line that he had dealing with. As fast food goes the food was fresh and tasty. It helped to assuage our hunger pangs before sitting through the graduation ceremony.

I'm observing lent. The cod fish meal was delicious and hot.

Wendy's not to busy wait time is not too long good fresh and ready hot meal when you need it.

For the second time I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce and we even asked the manager in the drive thru to make eye it had no lettuce. She said there was no lettuce I opened up the sandwich and there was lettuce on it. Then my fiancé called to talk to the manager and she hung up on him. Not very professional we will not be going back there

If you have read any if my post when UT comes to fast food I am not a big fan but I was coming from visiting my family and was returning to upstate New York. While enroute I needed a break and something hot to eat so I hit Wendy's! It was hot ? and good but not something for everyday. The place was clean and the service was good so no complaints!

My food slipped out of my hands all over the parking lot 2 minutes after I ordered. The drive through girl was nothing but considerate, but her manager couldn't even come tell me he wouldn't replace the food. Made her tell me he wouldn't. Even though the food is all over the ground in THEIR parking lot. Worst customer service I've ever received. Managers name is Garrett and he didn't even know the corporate number for me to reach out...what a joke.. The number he gave me isn't in service and told me he didn't know another number. Worst management I've ever experienced coming from someone IN MANAGEMENT.

So one day I went through the drive-thru & I forgot to grab my large frosty after receiving the rest of my order & drove away without it. I went back to the restaurant about 4 hours later & instead of going through the drive-thru, I decided to walk inside to order another large frosty. As I was doing so, the woman working said that she remembered me & was sorry that she forgot to give me my frosty. She then told the worker who was at the counter taking my order that the large frosty I was ordering was 'on the house' & she gave me a replacement for the one I forgot earlier that day as well. This was AWESOME! This made me very happy. Excellent customer service & very polite, caring, & understanding staff. :)

Henry is the worst fast food person I have ever met. He is so rude and so slow I can’t believe he even works there.The one girl that’s always in the first window is always so polite and friendly then there’s him very disappointing.

Wendy’s was wonderful!!! Forget the fact I asked for an Arby’s sandwich that I had a coupon for; SMH!!! The young lady told me she didn’t have that sandwich… I was confused. Then I realized I was at the wrong restaurant after looking at the coupon again. So, I just ordered from the Wendy’s menu. The young lady at the drive-thru, and I, had a good laugh about my mistake. Actually, kinda glad I went… the food was really good.

I've been to this Wendy's hundreds of times to make a purchase and purchase and I've never had a problem with my card until today and I got the most nastiest attitude from a curl member there never again will I buy here again
