My son suggested this restaurant after a good experience with take-out. Very friendly and attentive staff. My niece enjoyed the game section with a candy game and air hockey. The garlic parm wings and Spinach & Artichoke Dip were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal selections and the adult cocktails were a hit. My family enjoyed the Vestal location and that made me happy. I would visit again and recommend.
My family and I came into Tullys to celebrate an accomplishment my son made. While waiting, a server (very loudly) made a very racially insensitive joke about our last name. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable. The hostess admitted the sever made the comment. When we brought the issue up to the manager, we were offered a free appetizer! I'm sorry when your employees are making fun of people race infront of other customers, I don't think offering and appetizer is appropriate. My family and I had to endure eating while this server continued to work her shift laughing and joking with her coworkers. I will never, ever go to tullys again. We are so hurt by the way this situation was handled

Tully's is usually always a great place to eat. We enjoy it here very much. The service and food are excellent. Never an issue. If that changes at all, you know I'll call them out here ?
Hostess was very rude. They took our name and We sat waiting 10 minutes waiting with our child to be seated when they informed us they wouldnt seat us because we didnt have masks. Which wouldnt have been an issue had they stated that from the start.
Wings were very good and service was on point great place to go eat relax and watch a game or 2 with my girl who really injoyed the food and service As well
Lots of good food to choose from. Portions are on the large size and most people will take some unfinished meals home. Chicken tenders are a specialty for them and they sell bottles of their honey-mustard dressing - my favorite!
Horrible service waited over a half hour for a burger when the place was practically empty. Had to get a manager to expedite that. Wasn't even offered discount or compensation. Burgers were over cooked like hockey pucks. The only thing they have going for them and keeping them relevant is the tenders.
Food was solid, honey mustard is amazing. I was a bit sad because we didn’t get popcorn (maybe it’s a COVID thing) and I felt like the chicken tenders were a bit off. Overall I still will be going back as I really like the place especially for lunch or a casual date
If you’re from NY state and are used to terrible food I could see someone enjoying this place. The menu at Tullys claims to have the best chicken tenders in the world. This is not true. Hattie B’s in the great state of TN in fact has the best tenders. The Nachos were served with the most disgusting watered down cheese and they came to the table cold. After eating here I felt sick. If y’all want good food move south we do rut right into please leave ur politics up north.
