We asked for an item trade out from combo platters. The waiter left to ask the manager who told him no. To clarify, we asked for the 4 boneless wings in a combo that comes with 4 mozzarella sticks as the equivalent item in its corresponding combo. We were a party of 5. This petty and unbelievable denial inspired us to choose another venue for dinner that evening. We were hesitant to try this outdated restaurant to begin with with each of us having difficulty deciding on the tired menu to begin with. No loss for us, Texas Roadhouse was right down the road and TGIFridays lost a sizable sale over $1 worth of boneless wings.
Throughout my adult years, Fridays had always been my all time favorite casual dining franchise. The food and atmosphere has always been nothing less than great.I haven't been to Fridays for over a year but unless it was this establishment itself... My my, my Fridays has changed for the worst and really cheapened out.This establishment doesn't have booths. This felt so cheap. The seating arrangement is more open sir where you can just eavesdrop on everyone's conversation and have no privacy.Reminded me of a cafeteria of a public school. Ordered my go to meal of sizzling chicken and shrimp. My meal took some time to get to me. Once it arrived, not a single snap, crackle, or pop... No sizzle to it what so ever.The chicken was a respectable size but the shrimp was laughably miniscule. Despite that, the meal was still tasty.My guest ordered grilled salmon with a alcoholic beverage, she said it was good.With tip, dinner came to $71 which was a complete rip off being that half of our meal was vegetables and cheap carbs. When you dine out, you are also paying for the experience but there's no experience to be had here.You can do so much better with the variety of other restaurants in the area. I do not recommend this place.
Very small portion meals for price... 3 onion rings with burger for $17. ??Waitress wairing tie-dye t-shirt looks sloppy. Person bringing out my food almost drops my food. Not good service! Very disappointed, will not go here again.

My wife and I have this restaurant as our number one favorite place to Dine. We love the whiskey glazed rack of ribs and chicken. We always buy extra glaze to bring home. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are always friendly and ready to take care of your needs.
We always order the boneless wings there filling and great for parties, we call and we set a time I'll pull up call them and they bring food right out.
Not worth the money at all.. The bathrooms were so nasty! The food took forever, the fountain drinks tasted horrible and had to keep being sent back, the food wasn't good. I would have rather gone to McDonald's over this place.. will not ever return!

Not good. Ordered Christmas dinner, big mistake. Cost me $100, portions were so small that I still had to cook anyway, defeated the purpose. Besides, The whiskey sampler was so dry I didn’t eat it at all, the ribs were burnt and the food has been tipped to the side. In my experience before, the food is good but you always leave hungry, clearly this is still the case.
