Excellent spot for an after graduation meal. The service at this location is exemplary. Everyone, from the person who took our reservation, to our server Leah, and the manager who came to check on an error in our order... were top notch. This place also has excellent ambiance and music to boot. Our party of six was very happy... this includes the two sharpest critics, my friend's teenage sons. We loved it!!!
The food was great and the service was excellent.We went on a Wednesday early so it wasn't too crowded. .I highly recommend this restaurant.
Very long wait but good food and service
Love me some Texas Roadhouse. The last two visits have been disappointing. Only four guests in our group and took at least 45-50 for entrees. Mine was completely wrong (ordered steak and chicken, got steak and ribs). The steak looked like a charcoal briquette - I ordered it Medium. Got a new steak 15 minutes later, followed by the chicken shortly after. Service has really taken a nose dive recently. Hope they can turn things around!
Wait staff were excellent, wait time wasn't really bad either. Biggest issue I had was that they are suppose to be a premium steak restaurant. That being said I ordered rare and at best when I got it it was maybe a medium to medium well. The wait for the food wasn't atrocious but being that we had other plans after I didn't bother to send it back.
Twice we've ordered dinner online, and twice we've had to wait. The first time was over an hour, and tonight 40 minutes. If you can't meet quoted times, you shouldn't offer them. Each time we were waiting with our 2 year old and newborn in the car. Extremely unprofessional.
Great food and service. Jerbear took very good care of us and very attentive and made sure everything was good. The whole staff and manager were awesome and made my niece feel special while celebrating her birthday. Fun fun place.
