Some of the best fast food. I love a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell. BUT it’s still fast food, and the order comes out looking like a used diaper most of the time.
I had a normal order with a value box and was informed as I drove up to pay that they were out of bottled water, which is all I drink and was offered tap water which I told the worker I wouldn't drink the same as anything else they offered so why not just throw in a regular taco and we'll call it a day. So after asking the manager I was told, no because I hadn't paid yet as the worker was taking my money to ring me out. I never got a chance to ask, well now that I've paid... Because she quickly opened the window handed the bag and said have a good night. It was only a cost of a bottled water or a crummy regular taco but that's the point that the people working for this multi billion dollar corporation think it's ok to falsely advertise or not hold up to their end of a monetary transaction. Can't wait to call corporate tomorrow.
Drive through was quick. Food was warm and delicious. This is for the HQ ...the print on the drive through menus is too small!! This is for ALL Taco Bells! Bigger letters please!
When I came through the drive-through everything was pretty quick food was fresh.
I order taco bell a lot, The last FOUR times thats 4 times they havent managed to get my nacho chips in the bag, or get my chalupa order correct...Get some real employees that can read a screen or something...garbage
If you want the slowest drive though service in vestal/Binghamton. You have come to the right place. This place always, ALWAYS has a line wrapped around to almost the Walmart parking lot. And average speed of service of over 8 min per vehicle. (Timed over multiple visits) today as a joke, my friends decided to wait in the line they had. I was able to drive to the j.c. taco bell, order, and get back before they even made it out of that drive through... absolutely needs a new management team or crew or at least someone to show them how it shouldn't take upwards of 47min to handle 8 to 15 cars in a drive through.
Great drive thru but expect slight delays because of their volume. You can't eat cheaper anywhere.
Absolutely worst service I've ever had from a restaurant, and that's saying a lot! It took 30 minutes in total to get my order, they were very rude and didn't care about getting me taken care of, the app took my payment and never showed up at the store so I had to pay twice, and when I told them this they told me that it was not their problem. I would suggest to go to JC or not wasting your time with Taco Bell at all.
Friendly, patient employees, food was typical of TB it was nice and hot. Quick Service.
