Went there Sunday april 3rd we ordered 3 drinks… was a lot of money for 3 drinks… 2 of out drinks (drip coffee) was so bitter we could not drink it… but I drank a fourth of mine…. We all consumed they same good that day. The next day me being the only one that drank some of the coffee it wasn’t coincidental that i was the only one with the runs…. The coffee was horrible, probably never cleaned the machine that morning, who knows what, but i do know ill never be back! Starbucks sucks now! First Dunkin stopped making real coffee now Starbucks… where can we get a real coffee in broome county! For all u coffee lovers - if ever in philly check out “united by blue”. This place is probably what STARBUCKS ONCE WAS!
Easy on/off location on the vestal parkway . Ordered ahead from app. Fast and convenient process for pick up through the drive thrus line. Also able to use points at this location, which covered a full item and resulted in 1/2 the bill being covered by points.
Ordered a white hot chocolate. What I recieved was a brown liquid that tasted like regular hot cocoa mixed with black coffee from the bottom of the pot. Dumped it right down the drain. Was absolutely disgusting. Filed complaint with website. Was told was going to get refund. The address was completely wrong and not what I sent them. So I went to talk on online chat and the person was far from helpful. Claimed I got a refund of more than what I was told in an email. I told them that I had the receipt in my email confirming it. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Super mad and frustrated. Not going there anymore. Would not reccomend.
WORST Starbucks I have ever been to! Slowest service and rudest girl taking our order. She kept talking about how tired she was and didn’t want to be there….my experience would have been better if she wasn’t.
Walked in, stood by the counter. Baristas talking between themselves having a great time. Waited.. nothing. Someone they clearly know walks in, they are all smiles, they cut me in line and start ordering. Great job, folks.
*Jeremy Clarkson voice* this is…the slowest Starbucks…in the world. 17 minutes to get a drink ordering at the counter meanwhile the mobile order drinks keep piling up and take priority. No no no. We’re at the counter, we take priority. Emily and Matt who still haven’t rolled out of bed, gotten dressed, and started heading out - can wait.
Absolutely love the service provided. Always greeted with friendliness.
WORST STARBUCKS EVER. If I could give them no stars I would. I had an online order for 10:12. I waited till 10:50 and had not gotten my drink yet. When I asked about it I was told that they had not seen my order yet and didn’t know what to tell me. Then the was I assume was the manager came out. Was very rude to me and told me that she needed to take all of the cafe’s customers orders first. When I asked for a refund she was rude about it. Took me telling her that I would never be back for her to finally give me my refund. They’re so slow. Have terrible customer service and are just overall rude.
Horrible staff. Every time I order Mobil pick up. Never have they completed the order on time. I have to go to the counter remind them to actually start the order. End up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.
