I had the Red Robin Royal burger. Way too much mayo and the fried egg was quite rubbery. Hubby had a grilled chicken sandwich he was pleased with. The onion rings were very good, as were the fries. The garlic fries were swimming in oil - maybe that's how they get the garlic? Our server was attentive, but not intrusive. Not a bad experience, but could have been better.

I had a very bad experience with Red Robin in Vestal New York. We ordered food 2 dinners and got there a few min early and called to say we were there. We called again to check on our order 10 min past the time it was supposed to be ready and was told they were packing it up. Still 10 min and no order A person came out to deliver someone else's order and I asked her to check our order. No response 10 min ( 30 min past the time we said it would be ready)later we called to get our money returned and cancel our order since they obviously weren't concerned about us. As we were driving away the server brought out our order. It was cold have u ever eaten a cold hamburger? I am very disappointed. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RED ROBIN AGAIN. It was very disappointing and Amanda the manager didn't seem all that concerned.
Tried my very 1st Red Robin burger tonight, the one with garlic/parm sautéed mushrooms and Swiss. It'll be my last time. What a disappointment!!! The burger was so overcooked, underseasoned and dry that I needed water to wash it down. It was so overcooked that the outer edges were somewhat black. Tried to salvage with bottled BBQ sauce and some seasoning but that muted the garlic/parm seasoning that was barely there. Update: sent the company a picture and they sent a $15 gift card. Not sure if it's worth trying again though.
Great service, good veggie burger and milkshakes! Fries were a bit of a letdown- tried all three kinds and none were anything special
Quick entry, no waiting. Food and service was great. Seating in booth by wall that had artwork made of cassette tapes, great idea.
Great food, a little pricey for a burger, but worth it. The burger's were great, huge chicken sandwiches, great service.
My husband loves all you can eat salad. My only complaint is , I ordered kids meal and they charge for adult drink. Which it comes with kids meal price. Prices are reasonable, place clean, good staff
I used active menus and it was super fast ! The only issue I had was that I was unable to enter my gift card as there was no option for me to input it on my phone ! My boyfriend seen the option on his phone but I did not on mine so I don’t know why that would happen ??? The service was fast and friendly and the food was good
Great food, great service, and great and it was filling..... Definitely a place to go. First time ever at this restaurant and it definitely was worth it. And the FRIES..... TO DIE FOR!!!!!
