At a friend's house they made an order specifically told them about food allergies telling them what they cannot have certain items on the order and when it got here everything they can't have was on the order. The allergy warning was on the receipt. When they called to get the problem the manager was very rude and asked if the orders are always wrong why do you always order. Very un professional.
Called Pudgies to report an issue with an online pick up order that was missing ingredients on a sub. Did not notice this until I arrived home. Immediately, without asking, the team member offered to remake the sub and have it delivered at no charge. Customer satisfaction is 10 stars if it would have been allowed. Thank you for a prompt resolution and making it right!
My son and I stopped by there late at night and ordered their Stromboli. We love Pudgies and this particular one, by far made the best one ever. Keep in mind that growing up in Horseheads, I frequented Pudgies because they are superior to many pizza shops out there. I hope that I find myself in Vestal again so I can try other items on their menu. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Love the salads they have here as well as the pizza. Not the best for getting ro your house on time, BUT still worth the wait.
Delicious pizza! Drove out of my way just to pick this up! We live 2 hrs away and I grabbed an extra sheet to take to my husband's coworkers and they all loved it!
Vestal pudgies has nice clean place with alot of friendly people working there. Enjoyed my visit and will be back.??
So I ordered a large cheese pizza when it got here it was mashed up a big disgrace so I called the store and they made me another one and it was in the same shape once it arrived the manager said she thinks the driver is speeding well of she thinks he's speeding then he should be fired this is NOT good quality its terrible this was my first time ordering pizza from here and its my last
Love Pudgie's so much. Pizza is great, wings are great, steak and cheese is great, fried cauliflower is great. Have literally never had a bad experience. Bought a growler too because why not? Aesthetics of the building are really super cool too. Pineapple bacon pizza is my absolute favorite from them.
