This is not about the food, because the pizza is good. Never the less, customer service is a valuable part of business.I called last night (April 21st), knowing it's close to closing which I understand there is no pies left. I just wanted to take my shot and see if I'm lucking..The employee manning the phone rudely stated that they have thrown all pizza away and "you can check the garbage if you want to find any". As one who works in customer service, I'm disgusted by such a response. I personally won't be going there. I'll go to another branch.
I stopped here for lunch with my family. It was super convenient. We were able to pick slices and have them within 5-10 Minutes. The pizza here isn't what a typical New York Pizza is. However, the pizza is one of the best around. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
I love this pizza! But the thick crust is not done all the way! To doughy for my taste. I would eat this again if the crust was done all the way.
Decent pizza. Sides are really killer here. Garlic knots, fried pickles and the wings are all good selections.
Do you like pizza? Are you within a 100 mile radius of a Nirchi's? Get this pizza! Probably the best pizza with every variety of toppings you can think of. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
They have a lot of different kinds of pizza you can buy by the slice. It's more expensive individually but you can get a huge variety for whatever type of pizza your in the mood for. Their other foods are quite good as well. I think prices are reasonable

The only nirchis I even like to go to anymore. The best selections and best tasting of all the local nirchis. If you think there isn't a difference, I refuse to eat from the water street location, see for yourself.
If you are from the Binghamton area you already know nirchis is awesome and some of the best pizza you'll ever have if you're not from the area it is a must eat restaurant honey mustard chicken pizza is my favorite but everything is absolutely awesome doesn't matter what you get I live in Kentucky now and it is one of my first stops when I come to the Binghamton area to visit
I love this branch! My family orders breakfast pizza almost every Sunday, the pizza is always fresh and hot, they’ll even go out of their way to make me regular specialty pizza(and that’s before they’re open!) they’ve always been accommodating and friendly and have always been honest w us if they’re busy and delivery will be longer than usual. For those w bad reviews, I recommend giving them another chance!!!
