I want to nominate the Vestal Parkway, Vestal, N.Y. store for being the most disgusting store in the entire chain. 2:00 pm On Wednesday 07-06-2022, 2 people in the dining room. This place was a disgusting mess, from food and containers on the floor in the prep area to a pile of receipts on the floor at the register. employee stepped over the receipts when walking by. No diet soda, tables were dirty, food was cold. I guess it is just an awful location that will never see my business again.
Waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes for 2 McDouble burgers. The burgers had no seasoning, no onions, and the pickles were literally thrown in the wrapper...not even on the sandwich. There seemed to be 2 employees on the floor, so they were severely understaffed for how many customers were in the drive-thru, and the lobby was closed.
We just got Oreo McFlurries with extra Oreo from here and they didn’t even bother to mix it. Also ordered un sweet teas and the were watered down and not filled all the way. What’s the point of telling these companies there service is bad if the don’t bother to fix the problem. Hopefully this will deter someone from coming here.
First and foremost the drive thru order taker is very rude. While trying to place an order they overtalk you and with every item that you order, immediately sayingANYTHING ELSE.You can only take one customer at a time.You need to treat all customers with respect and stop rushing them. The fries were not fresh and the burgers are just thrown together, very sloppy.Food cost is always going up and it’s getting expensive to eat out. It should be about the quality of the food and not about the quantity of customers.I’m very disappointed in the service. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!! Home in my kitchen to cook
Every time I get iced coffee from here, it is so light in color, looks very milky and doesn’t taste much like coffee which means the coffee machine is extremely watered down. However, the employees have always been really nice to me.

Absolutely horrible. Two people in thr place waited 20 minutes for someone too take our order then got cold food $15.00 dollars and hour really lol never will I go back
How can going through the drive thru take longer than cooking my steak at the Outback. I ordered outback while in line to get a soda. I waited 20 minutes to get my drink and my food was ready at the Outback as soon as I pulled up to curbside takeaway. Good thing soda is only $1 or I would never go back!
This McDonald's is mostly good. Sometimes there is a bad burger but other that that good
