Omygoodness....I just found out that KFC in Vestal still sells corn muffins!!!! I've never cared for their biscuits. I'm a happy camper again.
KFc what happened to quality??? think 3 stars is a little generous but needless to say another disappointing KFC experience Chicken and French fries were pulled dry and chewing it's doing and seem like they've been left out for hours or were overcooked. It's funny they continue to raise prices but yet the food quality goes down sad really
The chicken legs were not fresh, fries were too salty . She gave me a Mac & cheese in stead of mashed potatoes , and too expensive for the low quality of the meal I ordered tonight . There should be an inspection of their kitchen and workers as well
Waited behind 1 car, maybe 10 minutes...ordered a large family order and for you get, chicken..sides..biscuits. This was pricey but comparable to one to cook this exactly at home, the price was good..
KFC on Robinson only had drive through and a long line, so I went to Vestal, and went in to order take out. Thanked me for wearing a proper mask! Extra friendly, great attention, and more. Overheard 2 employees talking about how one was cussed out for not serving a non masked person because of the mandate. This place is awesome, most are afraid to follow the mandate because they fear the response of covidiots. 5 Stars for this location.
Tried the Beyond Nuggets. Interesting. A bit bland but with the fried, breaded texture of chicken. Dipping sauce a must.
The restaurant dining room was clean except for the highchair was disgusting we had to clean it before we used it, women's bathroom was clean but had a weird smell to it. The employee that waited on us had an attitude in her tone of voice it was like we were bothering her. The food was good and hot. I would return to this restaurant but would definitely go through drive thru and eat in my vehicle.
I have never been so disrespected in my life. I came.on the drive through, no line and it looked abandoned, about 4 pm on a weekday. Haven't been to KFC in possibly more than a year. I roll up and the server asked, with attitude, "What can I get for you?" I was hungry, so maybe I took it wrong. I reply, "I need a moment to if that's ok." He replies and I could almost hear the pursed lips, "that would be perfectly fine." He over enunciated almost every word. I replied in a most calm tone, oh no thank you and that he should consider another job because his customer service was terrible. As I drove away, he stuck his head out the window and began to throw insults that I'm super rude and nasty. Really! I was holding back because my son was in the car. As we waited to enter traffic, another associate came out of the store and began walking towards me. I stopped the car and waited for what would happen, I looked out my window and he hurried back in. Not one, but two aggressive workers. I'm waiting on the news that these associates go off on the wrong person. Sad how low the standards have become for hiring.

Simply horrible, ordered a bucket from them on their kfc website and it charged me for it and said my order was in the oven. Went to pick it up a few minutes later and the drive thru light was on but the inside was dark. Called the manager the next day and she was oh yeah, we were short staffed so we decided to close early, apparently they must be in the habit of charging people for their orders and shutting down early before they get their orders. And she could less then about my refund, she said take it up with their website. Must be the newest scam running around
