On Saturday 4/30/2022 my husband, son, and I had had a full day of soccer, and at 9:30pm we wanted something to eat. We got to five Guys and the doors were locked st 9:45, even though it said they closed at 10pm. My husband called them and they told us to come to the side door, as they were short staffed but would let us in. We ordered and they were quick and then proceeded to fill our bag with ALL the fries. It was great service and they were all very pleasant even after they had has a long crazy shift. Thank you so much for opening the door and letting us in. The bacon/pb milkshake hit the spot too.
Quality is slipping. When it first opened, they had a big staff to handle the busy times. All the staff seemed happy to be there. My most recent visit - yesterday - whole different story. Understaffed, and everyone seemed displeased to be there. Didn't see one staff smile once the 15 minutes I was in the place. Ordered online and still had to wait. Was told the wait was for fresh french fries. Then I watched the unhappy staffer fill MY bag with the dregs of the unfresh french fries rather than the fresh ones that had just come out of the fryer. That never would have happened in the past. Then got home to find that they'd left bacon off one of our bacon cheeseburgers. Also an oversight that never would have happened in the past. The burgers didn't seem as fresh either. This could be the paradox of success. They got SO successful they are unable to fully meet the demands of the busy times. I think we'll make our own burgers from now on.
Great food. Always get too much and cooked to perfection. They even have those custom soda machines that let you pick from hundreds of flavors.
As far as burger places go it is one of the better ones. This location the service was slow, took a half hour to order food because they cater to delivery services over the customers standing in front of them. Also once we ordered it took another half hour to get our food. People seemed to come and go as we waited. Definately understaffed which is a sign of poor management, the employees were also overworked. I won't go back for that reason.
Delicious burgers that are highly customizable and fresh fries that actually taste like potatoes and not salted cardboard like some other franchises'. Consistently one of the best customer service experiences in the fast food industry and that's in no small part due how the company treats its employees better than most other places.
My family and I love to stop and eat at Five Guys ❤ Everything is fresh! delicious hamburger meat (no cob-frozen flavor) Delicious fries! finally the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The cashier was awesome full of personality and just a complete pleasure. One of the cooks had me terrified looking like an entire mess. Now the burgers were A1 but the fries were the worst I think I have ever had in my entire life and the milkshake flavors they have are EVERYTHING!!!
Great burgers cooked right when you order them. The Cajun fries are awesome as well.
I picked up my food, they sealed it up like they always do, and I drove home. Turns out I can't pay for food and trust they'll actually give me what I already paid for! I had to drive all the way back to pick up the burger that they missed to little more than, "oh yeah, we messed up". By the time I was finally home again, over an hour had passed, all my food was cold, and I will be rethinking ever trusting this location with my food ever again.
Great customer service from a couple of the gentlemen working. Not to mention the live entertainment. It was my son's first time dining at Five Guys. He cannot wait to go back.
