if you're delivery/take-out customer, or a delivery driver, ignore this restaurant. they don't start making delivery/take-out orders until the driver/customer arrives, even when the order is placed at 3am when the restaurant is all but empty. the staff just doesn't care and regional management ignores all customer complaints. put this bare-minimum place out of business and maybe the company will start taking the awful service and the customer complaints about said awful service seriously.
Terrible. Server was nice and apologetic. Waited about 10 minutes before our drinks were served. We finally got our food at around the 1 hour mark. Burgers were bland. I didn't even finish the burger and it wasn't worth bringing home. We had to wait forever for refills. The place wasn't even busy. We wasted $50 and an hour and a half of our time on bad food. I will never go there again.
My husband ordered the bourbon chicken skillet. We paid $12 + for this dish. 3/4 of it was vegetables and he had 2 small pieces of chicken (looked like they cut 1 big piece into 2). Anyway the picture in the menu looks much bigger than what you actually get. Its disappointing. Especially after a 30 minute wait for our food when only 2 other families were in the building dining.
With every other restaurant in area having a wait time of 1 1/2 hour plus, we decided to stop in and have dinner here. Overall food was ok, omelet was pretty good. service was fine.
I ordered for pick up and when I got there the food supposedly wasn't ready so I had to wait but was happy thinking I'd get fresh food I lived about 5 minutes away and by the time I got home my burgers were cold to the touch and I out of 3 orders of fries only one was warm. Will never go back.
Denny's has the best ranch dressing out there and finally after years f bring unsatisfyingly disappointed they finally have a sandwich back that is similar to an old favorite they took off the menu years ahead. Still though this sandwich is not as good as the old buffalo chicken melt
It's a Denny's. It's not fine dining. You don't come here for the quality of the food so much as for the nostalgia, quantity, and drink desire for breakfast food. The birthday cake milkshake was pretty good though.I originally gave it a 3, but my wife reminded our server was excellent so I'm bumping it to a 4.
Our server was friendly and attentive. Food wasn't that great. Crepes tasted like they were frozen at one point- crispy around the edges, chewy in the middle. Servings were also small.
Omelets were dripping with grease, even my veggie one, and they gave me a toasted hamburger bun as an English muffin. Terrible
As a GrubHub driver I absolutely hate coming to Denny's in vestalI have been waiting for 30 minutes and they are only just beginning to cook my order. Personally I would never want to eat here at the level of incompetence that I witness of this place for the past year that I've been coming to it I can't believe it gets worse every time the servers will avoid asking you who you're here for and do whatever they can to avoid even speaking with you if you are a delivery driver picking up food for them to deliver to their customer
