Great pub restaurant. Sat outside in the fresh air. I had hibachi salmon and my wife had Thai salad with ahi. Both were great and price is very reasonable. Good drink choice too.
The service was efficient and friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious--clam chowder, turkey sandwich on ciabatta, pulled pork and cheese sandwich, and skinny fries.
They don't take reservations. I phoned ahead and did online waiting. I called back to change my time. Both times the person on the phone, Natalie, was pleasant. When we arrived the hostess, Nevaeh, was RUDE. She had taken us off the wait list and was gave the impression that we were inconveniencing her with our grippy of 11. Miraculously a few minutes later, after we left, I received an unexpected text from the Copper Top that our table was ready. We did go back. The server, Ty, was polite & attentive. The food was delicious. Unfortunately my rating is low because of our hostess.
We had our class reunion in one of the rooms. Great food and thee best waiter. It was a little cold, but they lit the fire for us!
Coppertop is a pretty decent spot for lunch or dinner. In the past, I had only done for lunch and recently went with a group for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the selection of dinner items. I had the Ahi Tuna that was delicious. Burgers were cooked to perfection. The buffalo chicken pizza had 8 slices so you definitely enough to share. All the serving portions were nice size and it was not over priced. Service is consistent (good) and waitstaff is very pleasant and professional. Manager stopped by to check to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.
The CopperTop was amazing tonight. They accommodated our travel basketball team and families with open arms. 33 people were waited on by two waitresses. Both were excellent and made sure everyone was well taken care of at all times even while waiting regular tables outside of the private room. Food was excellent as well.GREAT JOB COPPERTOP! Anytime we are in the area we will be back!
One of my favorite places to eat in bingamton with hands down the best drinks around
We went there with one of our granddaughters a few weeks ago. The food was ok. I had the Pub Burger. I had them hold the cajun mayo and it was fine. My only concern with my meal is that I was expecting something a little fancier for the fries. They were just plan fries. The granddaughter had a bacon cheeseburger and my wife had a regular cheeseburger. Their reactions were the same, burgers were good but fries were just a little plain. We ordered a desert and ended up having the wrong desert delivered. They were good but I think we were ready to go. My biggest issue of frustration was that I noticed an older woman (with walker and oxygen tank) at the bar. She was with son and grandson maybe. The issue was as we were leaving it was pretty clear to me that something was wrong. She was slumping in the chair and almost falling down. The son was trying to help but I didn't see anyone from the staff notice this and offer to help. I finally said something to the wait staff to go offer to help. My thought is that if they miss that what is the chance that your drink is going to be noticed.
This was really not tasteful at all. The menu is very pricey and but not worth it. Chicken was battered in corn??? It tasted like a donut…. Not a very good combination. Chicken wings were out in less than five minutes… they tasted microwaved. Save yourself the trip, not worth it what do ever. The waitress was very nice, it was just the food that was horrible.
Exceptional service! Our waitress Kayden has such an amazing attitude and was super friendly and attentive. Every staff member we came in contact with was so very nice. The manager even stopped by to check on us. It was my family’s first time dining here and we will return plenty more times. Thanks for having us!
