This was a pleasant experience on a warm June day. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The ice cream is tasty and the specialty orders are made right in front of you. You can order sizes from one cup to half a gallon. They have ice cream cakes on hand for a fast pickup and are also able to do specialty ice cream cakes too if ordering in advance. The take cash, cards, and e-pay (Apple-pay/GooglePay). The are also available via DoorDash, Grubhub, and Bingbite.
The service is always good and the ice cream is ok but the prices are out of control. it's always been expensive but the ice cream was good and it was a treat every once in awhile. The last year, though, they have raised the prices unbelievably (most things are 1/3 more expensive). Very expensive + 1/3 more expensive + crazy high tip they want + tax = Absolutely not worth it. The prices are absolutely insane. Oh well, no more Coldstone, not even for special occasions.
You got to be kidding me. I order a treat from you guys, through Postmates (which comes in a sealed bag). And this is what I get? Not only does this NOT match the description of what I order, but there is an extremely long hair embedded throughout the ice cream. I call and ask to speak to the manager on duty, girl who answers the phone puts me on "hold" MULTIPLE times then tells me that they can't do anything about it, contact Postmates. HELLO, we have a health hazard here.
Nice of them to add some unwanted hair to my ice cream, and professional of the young lady to just brush it off as if it was nothing.
The girl who cashed me out was extremely nice ! Other than that the ice cream has definitely gone down hill since I remember it as a kid
This is the best place I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve never been to a Coldstone Creamery, they made me feel so so welcome and happy and loved, I guess it was true. When you’re here, you’re family.
A little bit on the pricey side but absolutely delicious. My son and I loved it
We have not went to Cold Stone in quite a while just bc we tend to go to the mom n' pop shops throughout the summer.. but boy oh boy we were in for a literal treat!!! Absolutely deelish!! Amazing and speedy service even though there was a cheer squad ahead of us and a few others. Great flavors and amazzzing service!! Jenna is a sweetheart and the gentleman working was nice as well! We were Thankful for good service and amaaaazzzzzing ice cream!! A win,win!!! Enjoy!!!!
I am a regular customer at this Cold Stone Creamery location. I recently visited this location and requested to use the bathroom facilities before making my purchase. The young woman working on 9/21 around 8pm refused to let me use the facilities without going through the line first. (The line had approximately ten people).Unfortunately, my circumstances dictated that I needed to leave immediately and find a business that was more customer-centric and understanding. I understand that this establishment probably has a policy about being a paying customer in order to use the bathroom. I have been a frequent customer of this establishment over the summer. Even so, I would suggest that if someone politely, (and desperately) asks to use the facilities, you should have compassion. I really hope that this worker never finds herself in this position of need. I will no longer be giving my business to this location.
