So much fun. My daughters had as much fun as my granddaughters. Have been going for 30 years and it’s always wonderful.
I had my kid's joint birthday party here, and it was honestly AWESOME. Yes, the pricing seems a bit much. But literally all you have to do is show up and pay! They handle everything else! I'd highly recommend this for a stress free kids party or evening out. You don't need to worry about them getting out of the building or anything scary. The hours and half hours of play time are a fantastic deal, and the food is honestly really good. Treat yourself!
We used to love coming here. We had our daughter birthday here. We come several times a month. Last year we bought the summer pass it was great. She got to come once per week for 2 hours all summer. Plus it included a free pizza the first visit. This year we go to buy the same thing. It’s limited to 5 thirty min visits no pizza and it’s $140. That’s crazy. I understand raising the price but to basically double the price then take what was 2 hours a week every week to 5 thirty min visits is terrible. Whoever came up with this “deal” should be fired. It actually costs more money to purchase the Summer “Deal” than just going and buying play time. It’s a scam. Guess we will buy a summer pass at the trampoline park because Chuck E Cheese is a big disappointment. I can tell by the other comments on your page nobody is happy with this Robbery of a “deal”. Fire your marketing team they are doing you no favors.
Smaller footprint than what you may remember from the 90's. No more play place. Still a nice place to grab lunch while the kids can run around.They have a new plan where you can play unlimited for x amount of minutes.A bit disappointing that every thing that there is to do costs money, so plan on a shorter trip or bring more money.
It was what we expected... we stopped in and were a little confused at first on where to go/how to get a table...and there wasn't outstanding customer service....Ended up realizing if you ordered food...even just fries... you can get a table to set your stuff /drinks while you play games with the kids. Typical arcade games, I feel would cater to younger kids 3-6 ish.... overall your typical arcade experience... and it felt a bit overpriced... the order of fries included about 11 total fries... didn't get the pizza but I've heard that it wasn't good anyway.... I don't think we would go out of our way to stop again.
The only thing that I didn't care for at Chuck-E-Cheese was whoever they had in the Chuck-E-Cheese costume did not really seem to care to interact with the children he would come out and make short rounds and then disappear and that character is the only thing that my daughter had wanted to see that she was so excited for it was to go and meet Chucky and we had to get Management's attention to be able to get attention from Chucky seeing it was her birthday and don't get me wrong I understand Chucky can only mingle with the children to a certain degree but instead of walking past these kids who are screaming Chucky Chucky hi Chucky you can at least stop and give them a high-five let them get a hug and move on to the next child like do a little more than what you did otherwise the food was great the birthday cake was amazing and the games were fun the place has changed since I last took my son there but I would still say it's a great place to take your children
Not the same anymore. This place used to be great but has since taken a turn for the worse. I’d recommend Dave n busters instead.
Good employees. Prices are through the roof. $21 for a large cheese pizza with stuffed crust, $4 for a small soda and almost $40 for one kid to play games for an hour. They should bring back the tokens. Kids can be a kids more with tokens then having a certain amount of time playing.
My kids had a great time here. The staff was very professional and extremely nice to our children. Great food and great for kids. The establishment was very clean and kid check was great.
It's just not the same without tokens. The game cards are wonky and you have to keep trying to swipe them. Also the pizza is waaaay too overpriced for what is I'm sure just frozen pizza
