My burrito was exactly 3 inches long. My veggie burrito was missing ordered guacamole. My child’s meal was missing rice and beans. My husband’s bowl had the wrong protein. There was cheese in the extra pico we ordered. How much can one place mess up a meal?

Always pretty good food. Have not eaten in the place in two years. Today decided too. The place is so dirty. It is awful. The eating area, restrooms and kitchen area is terrible. If I was the owner of this place I would be embarrassed.

My order is almost NEVER correct. Idk how hard it is to read what a customer orders.. but they must have some illiterate people working there. Very disappointed. 3 times times a charm.. or 3 strikes you're out. You're out.

We went at a time when it was super busy!! It wasn't the best experience overall, (messy tables, overflowing trash cans) but the food was yummy and the staff was very kind.

This Chipotle location is really bad. Like others have said, ordering online gets you a half filled bowl that is often missing requested protein/ toppings or it's just completely wrong. I'm a vegetarian and have consistently been given meat in my bowl instead of sofritas or the plant based chorizo. Online order time is a joke, I've had to wait up to an additional hour before to get a poorly filled bowl. Waiting in line usually leads to a properly filled bowl, but this location constantly runs out of items (poor food prep management in the back) so they constantly say that certain items are "online only" in order to fill their mobile orders. There's really no winning. I've gotten plenty of refunds for incorrectly filled orders, but with this being the only location in Binghamton it's sad to keep going back not knowing what I'm going to actually get. I never thought anything would get me to start going to Moe's again, but here we are!

Absolutely awesome!Been months since I was down this way and glad I stopped by.The girls at the counter were quick, efficient, and very friendly to the customers.I had a double chicken bowl with all the fixings and guac...Fantastic!Only thing is keeping me from giving five stars was that the table was dirty(not wiped down!) and they are just a little pricey.... but then again, you get what you pay for.....

The last two orders I placed with this location were not filled (they were online but they lost it?). They then asked me to wait in line for an order that was to be filled 20 minutes prior. Avoid this place until staff gets their act together (bad service, masks not worn, etc) .

honestly this is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. online orders take twice as long as advertised and are often underfilled. the in person experience is normal most of the time except for when they have some type of problem going on (quite often) whether the system is down or you have to wait for more chicken to cook and lastly they made quesadillas online order only. just for that this place should be shut down

When I go into the store to order the attitudes of the workers are ridiculous. They rush you they don't give you enough of what you are ordering. If I ask for a bowl please put rice in the bowl to at least fill the bottom. The guy that was helping me threw rice in the bowl that covered half of the bottom and he seemed like I was inconveniencing him. He proceeded to just slap everything in the bowl and when I asked for more of something he was irritated. I absolutely love Chipotle but the attitudes of their workers is unacceptable. I don't have all good days at work but I always give service with a smile And i leave my personal business outside those doors. You may not like or love what you are doing but you choose that job so you have to then make the best of that situation.
