I dinner was a disappointment. At my visit, I ordered loaded potato soup, 6 oz steak - (medium well) broccoli, and corn on the cob. The soup that was served in a bowl had very little potato and it was cold.. I couldn’t even finish it. It wasn’t even luke warm.. For broccoli, they served out 3 pieces and after ordering a medium well steak the cook over cooks it to well done. Definitely needs adjustments in the kitchen.. Service was fabulous so a tip was left
Came here for Mother's Day. It was a wonderful experience. The waitress was so kind and attentive it blew us away. I can't say enough our food was delicious for everyone dining with us. Thank you so much Chili's for making Mother's Day a remarkable day! My wife loves the food and my kids can't get enough of the chicken tenders and pizza!

Last time we were in Chili’s was 2 years ago and the service was so bad we haven’t been back since. Decided to give them a try tonight and do takeout. What a joke.Since when is three rib bones a half rack of ribs? Doesn’t really matter though because they were so dry and tasteless, I threw two of them out. We ordered cheese bites for our daughter and got fried pickles instead. The coleslaw was in one of those tiny foam containers and it was about one third full. The 4 dollar salad add-on was 2 cucumber slices, 2 croutons, some cheese and barely visible tomatoes. The chicken fingers were so tiny and greasy, they looked like little greasy witch fingers. I would have laughed had I not been so mad with the whole meal.I called to speak to someone and was told by a very polite young lady, who apologized, that she would get a manager. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes, a much snarkier person picked up and when I told her I was still waiting for a manager, she told me they were too busy and the manager would call me back in 10 minutes. That was more than an hour ago. Now I have to call customer service to get a refund for the cheese bites I never got. With so many better options in the area, I will not be going back.
Do not eat at Chili's Grill & Bar in vestal. We went last night, and the service was awful as well as the food. They have broken equipment that has not been fixed in months. I would ask for something and was told "the machine was broken or they don't serve it anymore," but it would still be on the menu. The best part is my food that I ordered had no flavor and was like rubber and when I told the waitress, she went to tell the manager and I was only offered a small discount for the inconvenience and not once did the manager come talk to me. Around 8:30 p.m., my stomach started to hurt (we ate at 6:30 p.m.) and come 11 p.m. I was in the bathroom, puking up the awful dinner I was forced to pay almost full price for. It used to be a good place to eat at but they have gone way down.Little side note if you are paying on the tablet, pay attention to the tip amount the 20% tip button was around $4 higher than what it should be.
Chilis has always been my long-time favorite restaurant. But sadly, the last time I went they didn't have my favorite dish. Would definitely recommend :)

Something is just off with the ambience. The bar is hospital-grade clean with track lighting that reflects into your eyes. When I think about a place like TGI Fridays which has a cozy wooden bar…
Had excellent service. Our drinks and food came out fast. The bartender was nice and friendly and chatted us up. The food and drinks were good.
