Ordered the riblets, the bourbon street shrimp and chicken, the grilled chicken Caesar salad, the baby back ribs and the buffalo chicken appetizer. The riblets were unique, and apparently a classic, no complaints. The chicken in the bourbon street shrimp was surprisingly not dry, but flavors were standard. Baby back ribs were a bit overcooked and dry, but flavor was good. Overall, location was clean and service was great :)
Wow. Absolutely wow. I came here with some friends and my son. It was pretty good. The waiter was nice. I really like the spinach and artichoke dip. The fries were also really good. The 2 for 22 deal is really worth it. Thumbs up. My young eastern-born son really enjoyed it. This is his first time in the united States and he really thought the taste of Genuine American food was amazing!
I am in a rehab/nursing home. I ordered through Grubhub. It states clearly drop off at desk and give my name and room number. Delivery person drops off and only gave my first name. How is front desk person supposed to know where order should go. Was delivered 4:53 pm and I didn’t get until 6:13 pm. Food was soggy and cold. Contacted Grubhub and getting refund and will never order from Applebees again.
The food was good. Ordered a burboun steak. The knives are so dull, couldn't even cut the steak.
Showed up early for my takeout, order came out a few minutes later. All the food was super cold like it was cooked 2 days ago. Ribs were chewy, nachos stale and idk what these mashed potatoes were..it's almost liquid. Not satisfied at all... terrible experience
As w a lot of company restaurants it is the wait staff that makes a place a step above. Our wait person was great on the ball, friendly and ready to please.
Ordered the fiesta chicken. Chicken was amazing. Rice was hard/stale/dry. Replaced it with broccoli that was far to peppered to eat. My wife's ribs came out as if they were just out of the refrigerator. When the plate came back her side was missing. Our server was very nice and did a wonderful job with what the kitchen provided her. Manager took 10.00 off the bill for us. Over all good service. Not impressed with the food.
Great experience. The place was packed but still got seated right away. My steak was over cooked & the manager brought me a whole new meal and took the meal off the bill. Now that customer service!
It was ok. Food was good but my wife ordered mashed potatoes and they sent out fries but the server made it right.
The food was outstanding, the server was also friendly, out going, and she served us quickly and she was polite. We had an excellent lunch.
