I can't shop at target and not get something here, my last visit however they forgot all about my order and I'm standing there thinking their making it (since they were busy at the moment) then one of the lady asked what I order about 15-18 mins after I'm still standing there and she did made me large drinks instead of the mediums and said sorry. I think was that really nice !
I went to Starbucks inside of the Target Store across from Green Acres Mall. I ordered a Passion Friut Lemonade?. First of all. this is the best lemonade ever. I really appreciate the staff as they were very attentive to my needs. I expressed an allergy that I have and they went out of their way to make sure that ingredient was not in m drink. I give them a thumbs up ?.
Stopped by at 8am to got my coffee and was told by the Starbucks employee that they open at 9am which is not true. This isn't my first time at that location and they should be open at 8am along with Target. Always rude.Starbucks please look into it.
Apparently they close at 11am now as the rude woman came from behind the counter to scream at us as we joined the line. Luckily there are plenty of other places nearby willing to take my money and business.
This morning I had a fairly simple order - 1 venti blended strawberry lemonade and 1 venti lemonade, 3 pumps raspberry w/ strawberry açaí base (which is basically strawberry açaí lemonade w/ no inclusions and 3 pumps raspberry) - but for some reason if I utter the words strawberry açaí lemonade w/ NO inclusions, the inclusions are STILL included. When I got to the window, I was advised to repeat the order which I did (apparently the window worker made a mistake). After a minute or so I receive the first drink, which was completely wrong. I repeated the order again and there was still confusion. When I explained once again, the correct preparation for the drink the short curly haired brunette sighed loudly to express her grievance due to her incompetence. Another worker came to the rescue and prepared the drink correctly. I visit this Starbucks almost EVERYDAY and this was the first negative experience I’ve had. In my Stephanie Tanner voice “how rude!”. Two stars because it was delicious, lol.
The cashier Kenya is a rude lady. Asked for a Frappuccino and she lied said the machine was broke. Mind you she never once mentioned that she wasn’t making it and there wasn’t no sign up either. But when I talked to the manager and then the manager talked to her she told the manager that she was taking my order because she was the only one working there right now. Like that’s literally all she had to say. She had a nasty attitude.
- They do not accept scans of the Starbucks Rewards app at this location- I ordered a regular latte and the new Pistachio Latte I watched them make me the same thing twice…..
Savanna has to be the rudest person I have ever experienced taking my order at a Starbucks. She acted like she did not want to be there at all and as if customers were stupid. Worst experience ever.
I asked for an iced caramel macchiato, and they gave me a milk drink with barely any coffee in it. I also asked for a bagel with cream cheese, and they just gave me a plan toast bagle.
I asked for NO ice in the drink I’m paying for. They told me they will NOT fill it to the top if I get no ice. I HAVE to get ice? No other Starbucks does this. Plus my drink tasted awful. It’s better to drive a few more miles to a different location.
