Sarku Japan!Located in the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, New York. (long island).The food is made fresh and sometimes has a wait due to a long line but that is just because the food is so delicious and a shine is ordering from here. It certainly looks like it is the most popular restaurant in this mall and pick this restaurant out of all of them every time I come to this mall. I order the chicken teriyaki with shrimp, fried rice, and veggies! So good! ? This was from 12/5/21!
I literally just asked if I could take the container that he was done packing up with food and he yelled at me… Rude staff and very unprofessional. Food was very oily and could definitely get way better food AND customer service at like Mocha or something.

Today August 8, 2021 at around 6 pm I had a horrible experience at this restaurant located at the Green Acres food court. I ordered two meals and paid for them. Then, when it was ready I went to pick them up as is customary. At this time the chef screams at me and says “you take extra” accusing me of steal food. I went and showed him the receipt in which he kept after I presented it. I never received an apology. It was extremely embarrassing and it will be the last time that I or my family will purchase anything from that store.
The food tastes trash the chicken and rice meal was unsatisfactory it was oily and if I knew what I was getting myself into I would go to the other food shops in here.
