The waiter I had was HORRIBLE...I waited 20 minutes for french dressing...then another 20 minutes for hot water and CLEAN utensils. Ultimately I did not eat my food until I got home. I had reservations about coming to the Green Acres location...and they were definitely confirmed. I'll NEVER return. I was disappointed and disgusted. When I would ask for what I needed all the person would say is " I got you" but this waiter definitely did not. Do better hiring.Oh almost forgot...someone in management was arguing with an associate at the bar about attendance issues. In this climate any altercation is uncomfortable for patrons.Again...never returning.
I've been frequent to this red lobster . The waitress can use a little more training. She forgot about our drink order. We received the drinks after we finished our meal and we asked for well done coconut shrimp it came half Cooked. I may have second thoughts about going back.
The food was good but a couple of the workers needed more customer service training! The night manager was very courteous and professional though.

Came here for lunch for my birthday with my two boys and we had a great time and service was excellent. Our waitress named Monet was polite, attentive and sweet. Along with my kids she sang Happy Birthday to me quietly because due to covid Red Lobster no longer does that. That was very kind of her. Thank you Monet!?

Beautiful place, food was delicious and the staff very cordial and accommodating. All together a very good experience. I recommend it very highly. The host, servers and especially the waiter make for a pleasant time. Thank you very much.

This was my first time visiting this RED LOBSTER. We had a blast the food was great along with the service. Will definitely be eating here again. Heads up .....put your name on the waiting list it helps get you seated quickly. ?
