We went for halwa and cholay thali and it was pretty good.The owner and server are quite nice.But they really need to clean more often or hire more people. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned. There were 3-4 tables with food sitting on the table. The bathroom is beyond dirty.When we were there only 2 people were working. Maybe more help needs to be hired.Also, no ac.
The butter chicken and garlic naan is the BEST I’ve ever had . Very friendly people as well
The food is very tasty. I've dined in and ordered delivery as I don't live far. When I dined in, I noticed that the tables are dirty and have dishes on them. The staff does not clean the tables immediately and leaves it there for awhile. When I ordered delivery, there was a piece of egg shell on my naan or either in my chicken lababdar. It totally does not belong in either. Like I said, the food is delicious and tasty, but cleanliness needs to improve as that should be a restaurant's #1 priority.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We really enjoy Indian Cuisine. We ordered the goat curry, saag paneer, naan and roti. Amazingly delicious.Basmati rice was very tasty. Real authentic Indian food. We were so happy, we ordered more to take home for dinner.Very pleasant and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.
Amazing, authentic food!! I got three different things for breakfast and they were all amazing. I will be returning for more Aloo parantha and Chole bhatura later! Would recommend to anyone who wants to try authentic North Indian food.
Service was little slow however the person who served us was very friendly and attentive.The test was good.Love to have desi restaurant in my neighborhood.
Horrible service. 4 times I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time but my food wasn't ready AND they made me wait another 25 minutes.Customers standing at the counter waiting to order but no one bothered to ask what they needed.

This is not the first time they disappointed me. Usually i dont make any reviews but i am forced to give this review just because of their poor services. Its been 3rd or 4th time they messed up my order. Yesterday i orderd Saag and Makaye roti from them over phone. I was told it will be ready in 20 min for pickup. When i reached there in 20 min. No one knew about my order n they started looking at each other. Anyway i waited for another 30 min untill my order was ready. When i came home n looked at Makaye Roti, that blown up my mind. They made it with regular flour and charged me Makaye roti price. I called resturent n they told me its white corn.. R U SERIOUS.
They made fresh samosa chaat and kashmiri chai for my late night craving 20 minutes before closing. Saved me from making a 15 mile trip to Jackson heights. Chaat was great but kashmiri chai recipe can use revision. Thank you!
