Went there get deal of 5 piece $6.99Told its online only. Does not say that on commercial. The store is horrible. Talk us into meal not even biscuit. Nothing. Talked into 11 piece for 18.99. Horrible and we added fries.They weren't even good.

Lately, every Popeyes I have been to has given the worst customer service. The food is fine, which is why it’s been disappointing. At this one, they served multiple people that came after me before they even thought about serving me. They did not acknowledge me until I had to basically yell at them. And when they finally gave me my order that has been sitting there and getting cold, they forgot half of my order and I had to wait longer. I ordered on the mobile app to avoid all this bs. Popeyes needs to hire better staff or get their current staff together, I will not be going to Popeyes for a very long time after having five consecutive awful customer service experiences. Very disappointing.
Under staffed owner started spraying spray paint on the feet of the tables while patrons were waiting for there food. Will kot be returning
The service is nothing to brag about, the new Flounder (Fish Sandwich) was way too salty and although very tasty, the Fried Chicken pieces was way too small for the price Popeyes is asking.

I went to the sore today and it was after long time and and saw the manager who’s name is Shabnam she is very friendly and lovely and I love her costumer service she is fast and she’s doing her job very will and I’m so thankful of her. When she works I don’t need to wait so long for my food
