I was charged twice for cream cheese. I was upcharged for using a credit card without prior knowledge. But the bagel was good.
I've been to this place for breakfast about 4 times, buying the same exact sandwich and same sized coffee and each time I was charged a different amount. The prices are on the higher side for bagels that are clearly not THAT fresh and despite the fact that they don't make eggs. For a lower price you can go to the Deli a couple of doors down and get a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and coffee.What made me really stop going to this place is the presence of flies in the dessert display, that just grossed me out.

I just walked out of this place about hour ago on my way to work. Four people behind the counter and I'm the only one online. But the kids continued their conversation behind the counter about who got paid more for about a full minute before my order was taken. The toasted bagels I asked for weren't even remotely warm by the time I opened it just a mile down the road. The med coffee with milk and sugar was milk and sugar with a splash of coffee...I won't be going back anymore.This place has seriously gone downhill.
I’ve never had a bad bagel til now. Worst bagel and Im from Long Island, land of the bagels. They barely put any cream cheese. I will never be returning. Never thought I would have to throw out a bagel before finishing it.
Went in around 1:45 today and the lady at the front is so nasty for whatever weird reason. She needs an attitude check, if I’m paying for something I have every right to be specific on what I want.

The owner(female) is very very rude. They don’t change their gloves. They use the same gloves to handle money and prepare food. they take the gloves and put it on the side so they can reuse. The owners do this alot. When you ask to change gloves they give you attitude. They use dirty rag to wipe EVERYTHING! Workers wear shirt from home. Many times you see cat/dog hair when its black tee shirt. They should wear company logo shirts like other places do. The guy in the back who makes the bagel always look dirty whenever he comes out. He doesn’t wear any mask or gloves. He’s been there at least 20yrs or more. I’m calling department of health on them.
Magic Bagel, where the customer is always wrong!!! If a customer asks for extra cream cheese, don’t just do nothing. Give them extra cream cheese and charge them for the extra cream cheese. Don’t let them think you put extra cream cheese when you didn’t. I’m beginning to believe that some of the bagels are not made daily. At six am, bagels should still be warm not cold!!!
Bagels are great but would love it more if you could get eggs and bacon on a bagel there
