Terrible! I ordered 2 scrambled eggs well done with pepper jack cheese, 2 turkey sausage, hashbrown, Buttermilk pancakes with blueberry topping as one order and garden omelette with pancakes ? as take out. We drove almost all the way home only to find out they didn't add my blueberry topping, the eggs taste powdery, the sausage had a weird non meat taste and the pancakes although fluffy appearing was absolutely horrible!!! The ? were so dry and ? Yuck! Nothing tasted good! The garden omelette I don't know because I bought it for my parents so I'd have to ask them, but as for my food, the pancakes went to my dog! Terrible! I won't go there again.

Yum, but after not eating here for many years, all has changed. I used to love all the variety of syrups available on the table.... not available anymore. Food was good well prepared and timely despite restaurant being very busy. Coffee (bottomless) was not good. Orange juice watered down. Waitress was attentive and I enjoyed the meal overall.

This place was very pack on Saturday when I went. They probably should think of making the building bigger to seat more people. The staff is nice and helped me with my order. The food is ok however and their prices are a little high.

Came on for a late lunch. The food and the service was good. The atmosphere was a bit dark, almost depressing. I was not happy about the lack of social distancing. We practically had the entire restaurant to ourselves but as more diners arrived they were seated all around us when there was clearly enough space to skip a booth! One woman came in with 4 small children & was seated right behind us??‍♀️ The kids were behaving like kids-in and out of their seats, not wearing masks, standing next to us as we are sighhhhh! Otherwise I can say we had a nice lunch.

We were quickly seated, which is not always the case at this location in peak times. But the place was crowded, kind of tight, humid, and all that added up to create, eau de ihop (and no, not the pancakes and maple syrup kind).Food came out really quick, like about 3-5 mins quick. Milkshake was seriously watered down and not at all thick, with a syrup puddle at the bottom. It was closer to chocolate milk on a scale of milkshake to chocolate milk. Our server was notably frigid. Was barely bothered to help us, much less the niceties. And she spoke in very few words. In all my ihop experiences, this place is the worst, but the acceptable and consistent food saves the day if you were to compare it to any other restaurant, where it certainly does not rank bottom of the list, albeit down there.

Unfortunately I cant say I had a good experience here. It took way too long to even get coffee then didnt get anything to stir my coffee. My order/food was good...buuuuT..had to ask for my table to be cleaned before I sat down because it was dirty. It should have been cleaned before I was seated. I noticed 2 other patrons also complained about their tables being dirty. Overall...I will not be returning there.

I had the Philly cheese steak and fires it was ok no that official the deil in elmont make it better how ever it was ok but I was ok with the food so so cause I can make pancakes however I was bump on my shoulder by some of the employees on my way out they would wait they just had to pass by I was up set the bill was cool however I didn't like the manners of the staff at all

It was freezing in there and on the coldest day of the year. The young Man that waited on us was freezing and he said he was working All day; meanwhile the manager was sitting in the back of the restaurant cozying up to a portable heater. couldn't even enjoy my food

Good food. The service wasn't all that great that day. Seemed as if they're a bit understaffed

Service was very good actually and the food too. The problem occurred when I saw a roach crawl on the table. Won’t return solely because of the roach.
