I normally go to the Gyro Spot in Hicksville. That has been my go to spot for Halal for years now. Was happy to see this new location in Elmont. Not the same. The Gyro was good. I'm just used to being able to add things to the Gyro. Instead of just being handed whatever they think should be on there.
Something is really wrong with this place. The food it good but unfortunately they either don’t understand what’s being said and definitely don’t understand when you make an order online. Food is 90% of the time incorrect and that’s just horrible.
I ordered there for lunch today 07/05/22 The lettuce and Tomatoes on my gyro was rotten and they also forgot my drink that I paid for .Never Again!!!!!!they get no stars .you can not post without a star.

Dirty smell funny oily. O i was talking about the food not the place. The store is same too. No taste no aroma. The white sauce was just mayo. The guy was on the phone and customer serivce was sleeping with the owner. Please shut this place or fix it but dont sell cardbord rice and gummy chick or chuy lamb.
This place was great like a couple of years ago, we used to drive from Baldwin and get our food. Recently we moved to valley stream and we were excited I went to their restaurant the other day everything was changed I ordered two chicken over rice, brought home OMG the chicken was very old I couldn’t eat it. I work in food industry I know if you give someone a bad food they’ll never come back. I know why they don’t have business now like they used to have.

Really like this place the workers are and the food is good! Your typical NY spot.
The gyro had hardly any white sauce and the Masala fries were extremely too spicy and they didn't taste fresh.
