Excellent service! The young man there at 11pm was patient and served me with kindness. Very refreshing nowadays. The walk-in service was closed but the drive through was open. The lot was darker than I prefer and not sure I ? would feel comfy going there again at night as a female, but other than that the service was great. The blueberry muffin was fresh and the coffee was perfect
Horrible experience. Clearly Dunkin Donuts dont care about reviews. Drive thru clerk has a nasty attitude. I asked to make sure my cappacino was really hot and she said this is as hot as it gets. It was lukewarm. I've been at other DD and they steam it up more to make it hotter. I will not be going there anymore to offer my business to an establishment that doesn't have any customer care skills.
It is a terrible experience!!! Especially in the very early morning service, staff is very rude and seemed not welcome customer, he told me: i could simply close and not take the oder. I asked for Ice latte with whole milk and 1 shot liquid cane, he blamed me for his not hearing clearly the specified whole milk. I would suggest take order at somewhere else otherwise your drink could be ruin for the day. Unbelievable! We paid for a low standard service. This is the third time I experienced situation like that in very early morning, the other time, staff would not bother to communicate with you at all.
They are Kosher so no sausage (INCLUDING NO Beyond Meat vegetarian sausage) which is weird b/c that is meatless. They didn’t even have any egg white options. I went through drive through service was fine, they did have stevia packets. Drive through is very narrow and tight turns.

Terrible people and service! Slow, incompetent rude staff. The manager is especially unprofessional. I was handed the wrong order and then was blamed for “taking it” and even insulted - I had glasses on and the manager told me to get them checked. What kind of manager speaks this way? He should be unloading trucks somewhere not managing a place of business! I guess they were afraid I was getting a wakeup wrap for free and it cuts into their profits to make me the correct order without insulting me. Terrible experience! Prepare to be treated like Ure at the DMV in a third world nation.
Customers were not encouraged to wear masks . My coffee was not the correct size. Hot chocolate box didn't come with napkins.
They got my order right, however the cup was only half way filled two sips and I was done.
They don't always get your orders right
