I have been a customer at this deli since they opened but I will never return. As always, I called in my order before going to pick up my food. This time, an employee that never answers the phone took my order and was extremely rude. I acknowledged his condescending and aggressive tone, he disregarded my complaint, and continued to take my order. I am pregnant and didn’t plan to pick up the order personally but felt I had to complain to the manager. When I arrived at the deli, I recognized the voice of the employee at the register but of course he denied his disgraceful behavior. I then asked for the manager 3 times before a man standing right next to us claimed that he was the owner. I proceeded to tell him what happened but it was evident that he only cared about other customers hearing my complaints. I told the “owner” that I would not return to the deli if that was the treatment that I was getting a customer, he replied “you can leave”. The food is ok but will never be good enough for a paying customer to feel disrespected and disregarded. I will never return to this deli it could’ve stayed closed. I am only giving them one star because zero stars was not an option!
Saw him grab the tomatoes with his bare hands. I walked out lol. Looks good otherwise tho.
Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Staff is great, but they can get a bit backed up. For the quickest service, call in your order ahead of time. Depending on the time and order size, I'd say wait about 10-15 minutes before you pick up.
Great food! The people who work there are top notch!! Glad they reopened...
Oh my God, this is the nastiest Pizza in Valley Stream. I brought it home, took one bite and feed it to my dogs. I don't think they gave me slices from the fresh pie on display. Never again!
I read prior reviews and decided to check the place out myself. Well I had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and my pizza was prepared without a long wait.The gentleman who makes the pizza, whose name I cant recall, but he spent the time explaining his services and the various pizza's he creates. He was even generous enought to give us free sample slice! The pizza was delicious!! I will definitely be returning!

Seems like a place where folks gather to eat and School age kids hang out. Very poor service on my visit. Stood and waited 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, no help. Questionable food practices with a whole pizza pie sitting on top of a pile of pizza boxes. Had to leave.
Friendly people at this place. I love their bagel with cream cheese and bacon.
